Gourmet Wine Dinners at Restaurant 36 on the Quay Thursday 30th April 2015 The wines of Langlois-‐Chateau Presented by Managing Director, François-‐Régis de Fougeroux A unique opportunity to taste the wines of Langlois-‐Chateau, a winery established over 100 years ago in St-‐Hilaire-‐St-‐Florent in the Loire region. In 1973 the family owned Champagne house, Bollinger, recognized the quality of Langlois-‐Chateau wines and acquired majority ownership and since then the winery has flourished. François-‐Régis de Fougeroux now heads Langlois-‐Chateau and will guide us through a range of wines produced including Crémant de Loire, Saumur and Sancerre, some of the best examples of these world famous wines.
