Shri Manoj Tiwari, Director, Designs,Punasa,Bhopal will look after the additional charge of SE(C),
Bhopal, in addition to his duties, till further orders. He will not be entitled for any extra remuneration for
holding the additional charge.

The posting of substitutes in respect of SI. Nos.l, 2, 3, 8, 10 and 11 will be issued separately
at an appropriate time.

mentioned. The officers who are not relieved by 30.04.2015 will be considered stands relieved w.e.f

The relieving of above officers will be subject to giving over a detailed "Handing Over Note"
under GFR33. Further, LPCto the above officers shall be issued by the concerned officers/ DDOs only
after the handing over notes in detail are given by the relived officer as per instructions contained in
CWCO.M No. 9/2/2009-WPC/1581 dated 21.04.2011.
