private practice in 1987 as educators, consultants and counselors with individuals, groups,
organizations and institutions and have extensive experience in treating alcoholism, drug
addiction and codependence, relationship recovery, men's/women's issues, spirituality, and
other obsessive/compulsive dependent behaviors. They provide services in the areas of
counseling,
consulting,

and
development. Ken and Mary have developed and facilitated “Your Healing Journey
Workshop” an innovative intensive individually designed workshop, the "Relationship
Recovery Workshop", the "Advanced Relationship Recovery Workshop" and Men’s and
Women’s Weekend Intensives, just to name a few. They have conducted workshops and
retreats throughout the United States and the United Kingdom and have worked as
Consultants in Treatment Design and Education. The Richardson’s believe in giving back to
the community and as so, have created 2 Non-Profit Corporations, one to aid in recovery from
codependence and the other to provide drug and alcohol recovery services on the Hopi
Reservation. They also serve on the Board of The Arizona Board for Certification of Addictions
Counselors in Phoenix and volunteer their services to returning combat veterans through the
Merritt Center Returning Home Program for Returning Combat Vets in Payson, AZ. Personally,
the Richardson’s have consistently maintained recovery from addictions and codependence,
Ken since 1976 and Mary since 1982. They have been married for 31 years, combining both
their families of 4 adult children, 4 in-law children and 7 grandchildren.
