are flexible. Your interests are our heartbeat. This gives
you an idea of where to start! We can add or subtract
most anything to fit YOUR needs and YOUR budget.
Bottom, line…even with the basic package, your day is
completely covered! (Except for those that just want their
ceremony captured) All packages include multiple

“How We Fell in Love”
!
Prior to your wedding, we will
digitally film you and the love of
your life explaining how your
beautiful paths crossed and how
you fell in love. Some couples like
to share informal vows that have
been written prior to tell each
other in this amazing segment.
We ask that this be filmed 2
months prior to your wedding
date. It’s a tear jerker. We can
add 10 stills (that we will scan) to
each interview to show the
journey along the way. This is a
neat idea to play at your wedding
too! Bride and Groom Dinner
Slideshow
Imagine showing your friends and
family a 3-song slideshow of you
growing up, the love of your life
growing up, and pictures of your
courtship together. We will scan
30-40 (pictures) per song (90-120
total) and put it together to your
song(s) choice. You can then play that
DVD at your rehearsal dinner and
wedding. For this package, photos
need to be turned in 3 months prior
to your rehearsal dinner for the
scanning and editing process.

Payment Policy/ Contract info: A $100 non-refundable deposit saves your
date. That deposit will then be applied towards the total balance. The total
balance is due 1 week prior to your wedding date. Until that deposit is
received, that date is not reserved. We will plan to have 1 meeting a month
or so to go over your storyboard/ photo ideas and be in communication a
week prior to your wedding for any last minute changes that may be needed.
We will arrive close to the time you start getting ready and leave after the
reception. Please allow 4-8 weeks (depending on package size) for editing. A
Contrast In Light, LLC thanks you and it is a complete honor to capture
your wedding! We handle & back up your multimedia with the utmost care
and precaution. In any event if your images are lost, or destroyed, A
Contrast In Light, LLC will not be held liable and a full refund will be given
to you. If your venue requires a Certificate of Insurance, please let us know
and we will get that taken care of for you.
