Attention of all concerned is invited to Consultation Paper No. 16/2014-15 dated 28.01.2015, issued by the Authority in the above subject vide which the Authority had sought comments from the stakeholders. The last date of submission of comments was 27.02.2015, which was extended upto 13.03.2015 vide Public Notice No. 18/2014-15 dated 27.02 .2015 and further extended upto 20.03.2015 vide Public Notice No. 20/2014-15 dated 13.03.2015, based on stakeholders' request. 2. The Authority notes that the comments from major stakeholders including Delhi International Airport Pvt. Ltd. (DIAL), Airports Authority of India (AAI), Ministry of Civil Aviation (MoCA), Federation of Indian Airlines (FIA), Trade bodies etc. are yet to be received. 3. Further, request has been received from MoCA vide their letter No. AV.240n/08/2015-AD dated 13.03.2015 seeking extension of the time-line by four weeks in respect of Consultation Paper No. 16/2014-15 dated 28.01.2015 wherein they have stated that they are in the process of examining the Consultation Paper in consultation with AAI. 4. AAI has also vide their letter No. AAI/MC/DIAL/25/MYTP/2014-15 dated 18.03.2015 stated that the Consultation Paper has touched many issues which need to be studied in detail by AAI and have, therefore, requested for further extension by one month. 5. After discussion, the Authority approved the extension of time-line for submission of comments upto 10.04.2015 in respect of the aforesaid consultation paper.
