He oversees all programs and administrative functions in the Department, which include water right permitting, groundwater well registration, floodplain management and safety of dams, integrated water management, water administration, fund administration, and information technology. Jesse Bradley is the Department of Natural Resources Programs Director and the Head of the Integrated Management Division. He has worked extensively on integrated management planning efforts throughout the state since taking a position with the Department in 2006. The two will be discussing the Nebraska Department of Natural Resources and Nebraska, upcoming policy changes, and the Department’s role in a changing environment. Looking Back: March 16, 2015 – Former Senator, Mike Johanns, was the keynote speaker for the annual banquet. In attendance were approximately 110 guests. Mike and his wife, Stephanie, arrived early and talked with many of the guests as they arrived. Mike then gave a speech on American’s role in world Agriculture, the challenges of getting important legislature passed under today’s congress, the Affordable Care Act, and his time serving as Nebraska’s Governor, Secretary of Agriculture under President George Bush, and as US Senator for Nebraska.
