Rip & Dip Pizza
1 Schar’s Gluten Free Pizza Crust
Olive oil (we use Winona Pure Oil)
Garlic powder
Basil
Cheese of your choice
Sauce of your choice
Preheat oven as directed on the pizza crust package.
Spray the bottom of the crust lightly with oil. Place on a
cutting board and score the pizza from the outer crust
towards the middle, leaving the circle area intact. Lightly
spray the outer crust with oil and sprinkle with garlic and
basil. Cover with cheese of your choice and bake until the
cheese is melted and the crust is golden and crisp.
Heat your sauce. Place the cooked pizza into a bowl that
will allow it to become a well. Insert the crust, making sure
the cut sides are accessible to pull apart. Fill the middle
with sauce and serve.
Beware of double dippers!
