All Star Legacy is one of the oldest and largest
cheer, tumble and dance training center in
Northern Virginia and surrounding areas. For 12
years we have helped develop strong athletes
physically and mentally.
Members of our
organization learn teamwork, work ethic,
sportsmanship and the process of working
towards goals and successful teams. Although
we teach countless skills at our gyms, we also
help develop valuable life skills.
Tryout Fees
Our tryout process is basically a skill and potential
assessment. It’s a laid back process that allows
athletes to perform previously mastered skills and
future potential in order to assist us with the team
placement process. In most instances we allow
athletes countless opportunities to show their
skills to the staff.
Team/Season Fees
Once our tryout sessions are complete, we will
assemble teams for the upcoming season. We
spend many hours creating teams that we believe
will work well together and have success in a
USASF competitive division. Once complete, we
will post our tryout results by number on our
website, www.allstarlegacy.com. We aim to have
this completed by Monday, May 25th.
At that point we will be posting teams, practice
times, first practice day, parent meetings, etc.
Most of these will start later that week.
We have teams/programs for everyone. Although
we are not able to determine the type of teams
prior to completing our tryout/assessment
process, we are confident that we can find a good
fit for all athletes to showcase their skills and excel
on a competitive team.
 Tryout/Assessment Fee - $40
 Register Prior to April 1st, 2015 - $35
 Private Tryout - $75 (If you prefer to be
evaluated 1 on 1, must be scheduled in
advance)
All Tryout Fees are non-refundable and nontransferrable.
 Uniform Fee - $300-$350 (upcoming uniform
style will be used for two years)
 Registration Fee - $350
Monthly Fees
 Tiny (6 and under) - $125 per month (based
on an annual fee broke down into 12 equal
monthly payments)
 Mini, Youth, Junior (Ages 7 & up) - $200260 per month (depending on age/level)
(based on an annual fee broke down into 12
equal monthly payments)
Other Possible Fees
 Worlds Team Fee - (TBD) - (For our
Worlds gear and our Worlds team camp)
 Worlds Fee - $650 Estimated (Teams that
qualify for the Cheerleading Worlds can
expect to pay $650 if attending on an AtLarge Bid. Teams that receive PAID bids will
not incur this expense.)

 Makeup Day (If you can’t make your normal age date, All

Travel Teams
Travel is not included and is the responsibility of the
athletes/family.
Although majority of our competitions are local and do not
require extensive travel, higher level teams, Worlds and/or
Summit teams may incur more travel than traditional teams.
We do our best to keep travel to a minimum when possible in
conjunction with providing the best experience for the athletes
and their teams.
USASF Team Age Brackets (age on August 31, 2015)
 Tiny: 6 and under
 Mini: 8 and under (generally 7-8)
 Youth: 11 and under (generally 9-11)
 Junior: 14 and under (generally 12-14)
 Senior: 10-18 (generally 15-18)
 Worlds: 12-18 (generally 15-18)
Although competition cheer is not as costly as some other youth
activities, it can still be considered costly.
Please realize that there are additional expenses that will occur by
attending competitions, travel in addition to the gym fees.
All Star Legacy has highly qualified, credentialed and certified
staff along with great facilities.
We have created annual fees for our programs that allow us to
factor in the expenses for your athlete for the entire year, including
competition entry fees that can be very costly, choreography,
music and many other team related expenses.
In addition to uniform and registration, we collect 12 equal
monthly payments for the season. (These fees may differ if you
join late in the season. In addition we also have a pay in full option
that offers a discount)
Keep in mind that many other programs may not collect fees in
the same manner. It is common for a gym to advertise a low
monthly fee for “tuition” and charge extra fees for the rest of their
expenses in which it is likely you will spend more at other
facilities.
We find that this “all inclusive” model works great for our
customers to plan their expenses easier.
