CEO, Grampians
Medicare Local
Andrew McPherson is CEO of the
Grampians Medicare Local. He
was born and raised in Benalla,
and commenced a physiotherapy
degree in 1987. His first job as
a physiotherapist was with Nhill
Hospital. Andrew then worked
in the U.S. for 11 years, in both
Florida and New Mexico. For most
of this time, Andrew was involved
in both clinical and operational
management in varied private
health corporations, including 5
years as the director of a multidisciplinary outpatient centre.

(PHN) – The new era for Ballarat

Mr Andrew McPherson CEO, Grampians Medicare Local
Barwon Medicare Local was announced on Friday 10 April
as the successful PHN operator in the Grampians and
Barwon South West region. Andrew McPherson, CEO of
Grampians Medicare Local and Jason Trethowan, CEO of
Barwon Medicare Local will discuss the Primary - Acute Care
interface and the opportunities this new Primary Healthcare
Network has to offer.
There will be an opportunity to ask questions during the Q&A
session
