Researcher from the Faculty of Business and
Law at Swinburne University (left) and
Bryony Green, Grants Program Officer from
the Victorian Women’s Trust (right) will join
us to discuss the role of philanthropy and
accessing resources, including funding to
support the establishment of local projects.

The Grampians Community of Practice for the Prevention of
Violence against Women is a new initiative by WHG to support
the implementation of best practice prevention projects in the
Grampians region.
Session one will focus on:
1. Current state of play: What is happening in the
prevention of violence against women space?
2. Key achievements, challenges and identifying what
you need to advance your work
3. Opportunities available to fund and resource projects
4. Setting the vision and content for future sessions
5. Networking.
People who have a general interest in the PVAW or those who
manage PVAW projects are encouraged to attend.
