Whenever possible place meets by Email, with a copy to the Ameraucana Alliance Secretary. Include the
information requested below in your Email message. Attach both this form and an Ameraucana Alliance Meet
Report form. Ask for a reply Email from the Superintendent to confirm receipt and placement of the meet.

within 30 days of the show and include an Exhibitor List from your show. Meet Report forms are also available
on the Downloads page of our website AmeraucanaAlliance.org.

With 3 or more bantam exhibitors in the Open Show we offer a Best of Breed Ribbon.
With 3 or more large fowl exhibitors in the Open Show we offer a Best of Breed Ribbon.
With 5 or more bantam exhibitors in the Open Show we also offer a Reserve of Breed Ribbon.
With 5 or more large fowl exhibitors in the Open Show we also offer a Reserve of Breed Ribbon.
In Junior Competition we offer a ribbon for Best of Breed bantam & Best of Breed large fowl.
Only club members are eligible for awards offered by the club and Ameraucana Exhibitor Points.
Members receive quarterly Ameraucana Newsletters and are registered members of the Ameraucana Forum.
Yearly dues are $10 (Newsletters Emailed) or $15 (Newsletters mailed). Go to our website for more details
