James Alexander Bond

Resume: Guest Director for more than 250 productions in England, off-Broadway, and across the United States. He has directed two-thirds of Shakespeare’s plays, multiple new works, and contemporary and classic musicals. Off-Broadway: The
Pearl Theatre, Ars Nova, The New 42nd Street Theatre. England: Birmingham Hippodrome. Regionally: Richmond Shakespeare, Virginia Shakespeare, Connecticut Repertory Theatre, Princeton Repertory Theatre, Pioneer Playhouse, plus many
others. He is a frequent teacher in the United States and England and a member of SSDC.
