1 Neem Iced Tea and Thyme Water Recipes I f you have looked at my list of 481 PubMed references connecting helminth and Protozoan parasites to disease, you'll realize that Earth and Home Worlds are heavily infected with parasites that reproduce every two weeks. When I search the PubMed database for diseases or health conditions (e.g cataracts, overactive bladder, dementia, arthritis) against the names of parasites in my "Parasites-as-a-cause-of-disease and what to do about it" presentation, I find studies that show causal links. Although countries such as Japan use serum antibody tests to identify specific parasites, there is an overwhelming amount of evidence that the degree of infection from many different parasites is too far along to worry about species identification. The eggs and larvae are microscopic and they can migrate anywhere in the body. The brain seems to be a preferred destination because parasites require glucose. Antiparasite Drug vs. Herbs Internationally, the antiparasite drug of choice seems to be Albendazole that costs more than $5,000 in the United States. Three 200 mg. tablets are needed for 14 days. According to Wikipedia, the cost of a 200 mg. tablet is over $100 ($127.00 at Walgreens). Outside of the United States, the wholesale cost of a 200 mg. Albendazole tablet is less than .05 cents. It is easy to see that natural remedies are far more available. This new PDF document provides instructions for making Neem iced tea and Thyme in drinking water. At the time of this writing, Znaturalfoods.com is selling a pound of Neem powder for $10.79 and Vitamin Shoppe stores sell one ounce bottles of Thyme extract (500 drops) for $9.99. Antiparasite Tea Recipes FYI: Hulda Clark used an ultrasonic bath to sterilize food (e.g. Conair jewelry cleaner that emits 40 KHz in the form of sound waves. A Rife device delivering this frequency needs to be explored. An Iranian study in the PubMed references list describes nematodes that were killed in a commercial ultrasonic bath using 42 KHz in the form of sound waves (See: Study #374 in pubmed_ref_parasite_studies.pdf on the Resources page of the New York Disclosure group Web site at dnny.info) Killing Parasites with Sound Energy Dr. Hulda Clark and a group of Iranian scientists (“Inactivation of Nematodes by Ultrasonic,” A.H. Mahvi, Journal of Medical Sciences,2005, Volume: 5, Issue: 2, 75-77) used sound energy to kill parasites. Hulda used a $50 jewelry cleaner (Conair, Bed, Bath and Beyond) and pulsed 40 KHz of sound energy into a 20 ounce water-filled tank for 20 minutes and the Iranian scientists used a larger Branson ($300 online) pulsing 42 KHz of sound energy into a 64 ounce water-filled tank for twelve minutes. I suspect that a Rife device that can generate similar high frequency energy would also be effective. Due to the extreme degree of infection, there is a need for sound energy generators that can zap supermarkets and warehouses at night (or, farms). The smallest Branson ultrasonic unit contains a 64 ounce tank. Hulda Clark's Tips Hulda Clark studied the life cycles of disease-producing parasites and developed several practical measures for inhibiting their growth. Her tips are included in this document. 2 Antiparasite Tea Recipes Hulda Clark Undestood Chemistry and Biophysics H ulda Clark was a meticulous researcher who understood chemistry and biophysics. She had rare insignts that drew on her knowledge of acid-base food chemistry and physics. Extra Strategies Used to Eliminate Parasites Hulda Clark had several extra suggestions for inhibiting the growth of parasites. Examples include: 1. Freeze food at -20 degrees Fahrenheit for a minimum of 24 hours to kill bacteria. Note: Chest freezers with adjustable temperature settings are hard to find. Small medical freezers are available online. Temperature settings for medical freezers is in Celsius (- 20 in Celsius is - 30). 2. Three important nutrients that are needed by white blood cells include natural Rosehips, Brazil Nuts and Korean Ginseng. Smoothies made with plain yogurt (and green stevia) can be used to eat these foods. Dr. Hulda Clark (1928-2009) 3. Take extra-strength pancreatin four times a day to dissolve dead parasites. 4. Emphasize acid-forming foods to make your body's terrain inhospitable to bugs of all sizes. Acid-forming foods also provide your body's cells with energy (See: "Scientists Who Say Parasites Thrive in Alkalinity," at http://articles.x10.mx). 5. Use personal care products that do not contain isopropyl alchohol. Isopropyl alcohol encourages the growth of large parasites. 3 Antiparasite Tea Recipes Sources for loose herbs include: • Jean's Greens Jeansgreens.com by the ounce • Frontier Natural Products Co-op one-pound bags • Bulk Apothecary Hydrangea Root (1 lb) Sources for tinctures: • Whole Foods • Independent health food stores • Online retailers such as znaturalfoods.com 6. If you have mercury in your mouth (mercury is used in silver fillings, crowns and root canals), see a biological dentist who is trained to safely remove mercury. The International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology (IAOMT.org) Web site has a Web-based lookup for locating biological dentists. 7. Use personal care products that do not contain metal, or other pollutants such as sodium lauryl sulfate and propylene glycol. Deodorant made with aluminum chlorhydrate is an example. 8. Use products with natural ingredients to clean and disinfect (there are natural alternatives for every cleaner). Examples include: • White vinegar (acetic acid) for surfaces, bath water, the wash machine and dishwasher (use one cup). • pH neutral glycerin soap or diluted Miracle II for household cleaning, as a shampoo, or in hand soap dispensers. • Vitamin C powder to lift stains on countertops, fabric or cooked food on pans (Vitamin C is a powerful electron donor). • Oxidation-reduction agents such as Oxi-Clean products are alternatives to bleach (Hulda found over 50 highly-toxic pollutants in Clorox that she occasionally found in tap water. Municipal water departments must be using Clorox when they run out of chemicals. European cities use Ozonation). 9. Use glass (e.g. Mason jars) or high density polyethylene (HDPE) plastic for storing food. HDPE plastic does not leach (work toward finding organic, resin-based compostable plastic products that do not pollute the environment). 4 Antiparasite Tea Recipes FYI: Billy and the Boys is an animated series for dog owners that contains dialog describing antiparasite solutions for humans and pets (this script can be found on the Resources page of the New York Disclosure group Web site at dnny.info). Note: The herbs described in the script were discovered by Hulda Clark. I used (and recommended) her combination recipe for more than two years. I have since discovered that Neem and Thyme are the easiest herbs to use. A no-frills Mr. Coffee drip coffee maker ($17) can be used to brew tea. Neem powder can be placed inside the filter paper with black tea bags. See instructions in the next section. 5 Antiparasite Tea Recipes Neem Iced Tea N eem iced tea is a powerful antiparasite tea that is easy to make Dowsing helps me to understand that Neem is useful option for people over 20 years of age. Thyme, in sufficient quantities, can also be used in drinking water. Infants, children, teens and pets should use Thyme (see: "Thyme for Infants, Children Teens and Pets" near the end of this document). Ingredients (for making one pot) 3 Black tea bags Spring water 1/2 Teaspoon Powdered Neem leaf (slightly less than 1/2 teaspoon) Green stevia powder Equipment Drip coffee maker (Option) Pampered Chef Flour/Sugar Shaker Ice cube trays 3-4 Quart or 2 Half Gallon (wide-mouth) Mason jars Glass pitcher Steps: 1. Fill clean ice cube trays with Spring water and place the trays in the freezer. 2. Place 3 black tea bags inside an unbleached filter paper that's been added to a drip coffee maker basket. 3. Add 1/2 teaspoon of powdered Neem leaf. 4. Fill the coffee maker's reservoir with Spring water. 5. Brew the tea. 6. Turn off the coffee maker and allow the tea to cool. 7. Serve the tea chilled or with ice cubes 8. Add a small amount of green stevia powder to sweeten the tea to taste. 9. Transfer the left over tea to a glass pitcher or Mason jars and refrigerate. 6 Antiparasite Tea Recipes FYI: Always use black tea for the Neem iced tea recipe. Black tea is an acid-forming food that will make your body's terrain inhospitable to parasites. Tazo (owned by Starbucks) sells English Breakfast black tea that is easy to find in supermarkets. Notes: 1. The therapeutic dose for Neem iced tea is six fourteen ounce glasses per day. The maintenance dose is three fourteen ounce glasses per day. Dowse to determine which dose you need (or, assume you need the therapeutic dose and drink six glasses for at least three months). 2. Neem powder will create a bitter taste that can be masked with stevia powder. 3. Limit the number of ice cubes to 2 per glass (so tea is not diluted). 4.Green stevia powder (jeansgreens.com) does not contain maltodextrose that is made from GMO corn. Stevia will taste bitter if you use too much. 5. Znaturalfoods.com and Frontiercoop.com are sources for Neem Leaf powder sold in one pound bags. 6. If you need to use a travel mug for drinking ice tea or Thyme water, the plastic Evolve 16-ounce Omega mug is bpa-free. Insulated travel mug (hand washing is recommended). 7 Antiparasite Tea Recipes Thyme Drinking Water T hyme extract added to drinking water is a convenient alternative for travelers, or for those who cannot make Neem iced tea. This section provides details for therapeutic and maintenance doses. Choosing a Glass Jar My favorite jar for storing cold liquids is the Ball smooth sided quart jar sold at Kmart and other stores. I have not used this jar for storing hot tea poured straight from a Mr. Coffee maker. Although it's a canning jar, the manufacturer does not refer to the glass as tempered. I first purchased this type of jar (without a lid) at a DollarTree store. I tried a peanut butter jar lid and it fits perfectly (metal lids should be discarded). If you need to purchase plastic lids, look for bpa-free white plastic. Ball smooth sided quart jar Ingredients (for making one quart, therapeutic strength) Spring water 24 drops of Thyme Extract Ingredients (for making one quart, maintenance strength) Spring water 12 drops of Thyme Extract Notes: 1. The adult therapeutic dose for Thyme water is six fourteen ounce glasses per day. The adult maintenance dose is three fourteen ounce glasses per day (dowse which dose you need). 2. If you need to use a travel mug for drinking Thyme water, the plastic Evolve 16-ounce Omega mug is bpa-free. 8 3. Wash jars with 1 cup of white vinegar. Antiparasite Tea Recipes Thyme for Infants, Children Teens and Pets D owsing helps me to understand that Thyme is a useful antiparasite for infants, children, teens and pets. My experience with this Herb helps me to understand children under 10 and pets need 2 drops of Thyme tincture in a cup of warm milk or water. Dowse dosages for older children. Ingredients (Child's warm milk) 1 cup of milk 2 drops of Thyme tincture or 2 branches of fresh Thyme (see: "Fresh Thyme"). Equipment Sauce pan (18/10 stainless steel is preferred) Mug Steps: 1. Place a cup of milk in a saucepan. 2. Warm the milk on medium heat for 3 minutes. Notes: 1. Try to get a child under 10 to drink a minimum of 2 cups of warm milk (with added Thyme) per day. Try to continue this dose for at least one month. 2. For details about Thyme, see p. 4 in my Janesville slides (http://articles. x10.mx/slides_basics_janesville_07_14_10.pdf). Fresh Thyme Look for organic fresh Thyme in the produce section of your supermarket (note: look for the USDA logo). If fresh Thyme is more available than Thyme tincture, you can use two branches (large sprigs) in this recipe. Another option is to make your own Thyme tincture. 9 Antiparasite Tea Recipes FYI: I first learned about Thyme's properties in an article written by Gary Young who founded Young Living Essential Oils. Making Thyme TIncture John Gallagher of LearningHerbs.com has made a great "How to Make Herbal Timctures" video that's available at YouTube.com. John demonstates how to make a tincture using Valarian Root, 100 Proof Vodka, a pint-sized Mason jar and a glass dropper bottle. Costs Compared Fresh Thyme will be the most expensive option. Although the cost is $2-3 per package, you will have enough fresh Thyme for about 8 servings of milk. Dropper bottles cost about $17-18 and they contain 500 drops. John Gallagher's video demonstrates how to make 8 ounces of Thyme Tincture for about a quarter of the cost of a commercially prepared tincture. Sources for organic, dried Thyme include: Jeansgreens.com Mountainroseherbs.com John Gallagher of Learningherbs.com http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4dloPF1QDuw 10 Antiparasite Tea Recipes FYI: Dowse and ask whether larger animals should be given Neem or Thyme. Dowse dosages. Orange Tabby With Hepatic Lipidosis (Fatty Liver Disease) Liver failure in cats is called hepatic lipidosis. This condition causes a cat to lose their appetite and there is rapid weight loss. In a search for parasites related to Feline Fatty Liver Syndrome, I found an vet in Australia who says it's related to Toxoplasma gondii and an article that connects it to Borrelia burgdorferi. Pets can be given 2 drops of Thyme tincture in their water dish. Freshen the water frequently. T. gondii is a Protozoan parasite that exists in three forms: oocysts, tachyzoites, and bradyzoites. Oocysts are known to exist in the definitive host, or members of the family Felidae (biological family of cats) and can be passed to other life forms. 11
