If medical or unusual circumstances prevent me from completing my training, a special consideration may be made for me to retake parts of the program at my expense. I understand the owner or a primary instructor reserves the right to ask me to leave the program at any time if my behavior is inappropriate, through lack of participation or otherwise, disrespectful to staff or fellow trainees, unethical or violates the Yoga Alliance ethical guidelines. In these unusual circumstances I understand I will not be refunded the portion of fees unused. We will be holding your sacred space in the training. A partial refund of tuition fees paid maybe given if a trainee withdraws from the training after classes start. The refund amount will consider length of time in program, circumstances concerning early departure and other relevant factors. Refund will be determined by the program’s managing partners.
