Being the largest cardiovascular and thoracic surgical conference in the region, this annual event may
convene over a thousand surgeons, physicians, allied health professionals as well as researchers in the
field of cardiovascular and thoracic surgery. In fact, the ASCVTS 2014 held in Turkey attracted over 1500
audiences from 56 countries / regions.
We will again collaborate with the American Association for Thoracic Surgery in organizing the
8th Postgraduate Course. Besides, we are delighted to welcome the participation of the Chest Wall
International Group and Roland Hetzer International Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery Society which
will organize its annual meeting in ASCVTS 2015. The overall conference theme will ensure all aspects of
cardiovascular and thoracic care are covered in plenary, symposium and sessions.

Each exhibitor is, and will be, obliged to adhere to all of the rules and regulations outlined in the Exhibition
Manual which will be valid throughout the course of the exhibition and govern the ways and means of the
use of the Congress Venue, as well as all facilities and equipment related to the event. Each exhibitor is
responsible for making his/her representatives and employees familiar with the content of these conditions.
The exhibitor will be liable for any damages resulting from the exhibitor‘s failure to acquaint his/her
representatives and employees with the rules. If any confusion concerning the application of these rules
arises, the Exhibition Management is entitled to make the final decision.
Insurance
Insurance is under the participating exhibitor’s responsibility.

Each booth is entitled to 2 free delegate registrations that include entry to the exhibition, social and
scientific sessions. 2 sets of meeting documentation will be provided to each exhibitor.
Set Up/Dismantling Passes
Throughout the set-up and dismantling periods of the exhibition, all suppliers and employees who will
not be taking part in the exhibition itself are requested to wear Set-up/Dismantling Passes. Without these
