now conditions the graphics based on 512 options per

Calculation Preview
Using the new calculation preview screen allows estimators to get quick access
to a snap-shot view of the current estimate. If the estimator needs to change
or update any part information,
all they need to do is simply click
on the guide numbers highlighted
in blue. Being able to make any
necessary adjustments on the fly
saves estimators time and effort
and speeds up the estimating
process.
Audatex Platform
Audatex Canada’s next-generation platform consists of various
combinations of Audatex solution modules that are targeted to
different segments of the automotive claims and repair market.
These solutions embrace the new capabilities of our next
generation platform and have been designed with an enhanced
and more intuitive interface for superior usability. Audatex
solutions serve our clients throughout the p&c claim and repair
lifecycle—from the time of collision, to appraisal and through
repair or settlement.
Underlying Technology: Java / Oracle / HTML
The new Audatex Platform was developed using JAVA
programming language and utilizes Oracle database on the
back-end. By combining these two best-in-class technologies,
the new platform provides a proven foundation for current and
future business solutions. Adding the latest emerging interface
technologies—such as HTML5—also ensures that Audatex is
prepared to handle any upcoming front-end requirements our
customers may need.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q. Is there an extra cost to migrate to Audatex Estimating
powered by AudaNet?
A. No, there is no cost to migrate. You will receive the same,
plus more functionality on the next generation platform. The
only cost is if you choose to subscribe to any additional
services.
Q. How do I export my completed claim to my Management
System?
A. Exporting to CIECA is a function that is available in the
toolbar of your Worklist. All you need to do is simply select
your claim and choose the Export Files icon on the toolbar.
This will export your claim data in the CIECA format to the
folder you set up in your Settings.
Q. How do I setup my rates and other pre-defined settings that I use
most often?
A. Click on Settings at the top of the Worklist to access your
Company and Insurance partner settings. From here, you can make
the changes you require. Note: Some settings may be restricted
due to user or Company access restrictions.
Q. Will my existing in-progress estimates be migrated over to the new
Audatex Estimating?
A. No, all existing in-progress estimates will need to be finalized in
the system in which they were created. Any supplements on those
same claims will also need to be completed in the system of origin.
