FOR YOUR INFORMATION
Participation. The participation fee includes participation in the event, 18-19 June 2015, the evening banquet and
all the attractions, lunches, coffee breaks, conference materials, simultaneous translation of the conference session.
The fee does not include accommodation and travel costs. I accept the terms and rules of participation.
Advertising in the catalog. Conference brochure is professionally edited and published publication contains
information about the conference, partners, industry and advertising. It will be distributed to the participants,
partners, media, sponsors, interested companies and institutions. Quantity approx. 500 pieces. A4 ad format.
Advertising insert. Client’s promotional material delivered to the organizer of the Heat Treatment Forum for
distribution among the participants such as: flyers, catalogues of products, CD / DVD or gadgets. They will be placed
in the conference materials for each of the participants.
Time and venue. AutoForum Suppliers' Day will be held on 18-19 June 2015 in Opole, Exhibition and Congress
Center (Centrum Wystawienniczo-Kongresowe), Wroclawska street.
Hotel. We have reserved a number of rooms in the DeSilva hotel in Opole. The participation fee does not include
the cost of accommodation and other services provided by the hotel. Participants book rooms and make payment on
their own. To benefit from a special discount please quote the password „AutoForum”, while booking a hotel room.

Regulations.
1. I hereby confirm my order and I agree to the issue of an invoice without my signature. I also agree to receive
correspondence on the Suppliers' Day / Business Day. I declare that payment will be settled within 7 days of the
registration form submission, but no later than 3 working days before the event.
2. Cancellation of exhibition booth order will be charged 50% of hiring cost. Cancellation of participation in the event
up to the 1st of June 2015 will be charged 400 pln (or 100€) per person. In case of cancellation of participation
between the 1st and the 10th of June 2015 the is 50% of costs. Absence during the event does not entitle to
reimbursement for participation and for the stand. Trade talks are free of charge. They are gratuitous promotional
items from the organizer.
