Terms and Conditions
1.
AVOW accepts no responsibility for any loss, theft or injury incurred during
this event.
2.
Electricity is not provided on site. If you require electricity you must provide
your own generator and inform us you are doing so.
3.
When selling food, it is your responsibility to ensure that any food sold/given
away complies with health and safety and food laws. AVOW take no responsibility for your failure to comply or any resulting injury, illness or death
caused by your negligence.
4.
We require a copy of your food and hygiene certificate upon arrival.
5.
It is the stallholders responsibility to ensure that all products sold comply
with relevant safety standards. AVOW take no responsibility for your failure
to comply or for any resulting injury, illness or death caused by your negligence.
6.
For stallholders AVOW requires you have your own products liability (if you
are catering) and for which we will require a copy.
7.
AVOW does not accept any responsibility for any theft or loss of articles or
equipment brought to site.
8.
It is your responsibility to clear away any rubbish form your pitch at the end
of trading. Any litter or items left will result in a charge from Wrexham County
Borough Council.
9.
AVOW reserve the right to cancel at short notice is weather is unsuitable for
event
10. A £20 deposit is payable when you hand in your registration form
