The Tukwila Arts Commission is pleased to host the
19th Annual Tukwila Fine Arts Show
The show is held in conjunction with the Backyard Wildlife
Festival and will be held on Saturday, May 9, 2015. A guest
juror will select paintings and artwork in the categories of
watercolor, oil and acrylic, and mixed-media. Cash prizes will be
awarded to the top three entries in each category
($300,$200,$100 respectively) and
announced during the annual

Specifications for Entry












Artwork will be selected for display at the discretion of the Tukwila Arts Commission.
Artists may submit up to three (3) entries per show
Artwork must be completely dry.
Art work should be no more than 4’ H X 4’ W, weighing no more than 50 lbs.
All work must be framed and ready for hanging. Saw-tooth hangers will not be accepted.
Graphics category does not include computer generated art.
Artwork must be original, reproductions may not be submitted.
Artwork must have been created within the past two (2) years.
Although great care is taken to protect artwork, the City of Tukwila and the Tukwila Arts Commission is not
responsible for stolen or damaged pieces.
Entry categories include the following: oil, acrylic, watercolor, mixed media.
Fees are as follows: $10 entry fee for first piece, $5 second and third piece.
Artwork must be dropped off and picked up during designated drop off and pick-up times, as follows:
