Confirmation and First Holy Communion — Congratulations to the pupils from St. Molaga`s school
who received the Sacrament of Confirmation during
the week. Also to the pupils from St Teresa`a, Scoil
Chormaic and St. George`s schools who received
First Holy Communion this weekend. Please keep in
your prayers the pupils from Balscadden, Bracken Educate Together and St. George`s Schools who will celebrate Confirmation next Wednesday 29th April and all those preparing for
Sacraments in our parish in the coming weeks.

Balbriggan Senior Citizens — Social Sunday 26th April at
4pm in the Senior Citizens Hall. All 60plus welcome.
Balbriggan Pioneer Association— next meeting will take
place on Thursday 30th April at 8pm in the Parish House.
Meetings are open to all pioneers.
World Youth Day 2016—The Archdiocese of Dublin will
lead a pilgrimage to World Youth Day in Krakow, Poland,
July 2016. Youth Group 16-18yrs and Young Adults 1828yrs. To find out more or to express an interest in

Balrothery & District Historical Society presentation:
“ Cromwell was framed” by Tom Reilly, Wednesday April 29th
at 8pm in the Town Hall Balbriggan. All are welcome to what
promises to be a different perspective on Cromwell and how
we view history in general from Tom Reilly manager of
Ardgillan Castle and local historian.

Volunteer Tutors Needed—Age Action Ireland is actively
recruiting volunteer computer tutors for its Getting Started
programme which assist solder people (55+) to learn basic IT.
Classes will commence in Balbriggan library on Wednesday 6th
May for two hours (10.30am-12.30pm) for 4 weeks. Training
will be provided and tutor lessons plans are available on all
topics. If you can commit to 2 hours, once a week for 4 weeks

Age Action Ireland Volunteers Needed—we are holding a
Bucket Collection Day in Tesco on Saturday 13th June
from 10am-6pm and are appealing for volunteers to help.
