Exhibitor’s Responsibilities:
To use space for purposes of displaying products listed on previous page and for no other purpose, unless the Exhibitor first obtains
written permission from the Bancroft Curling Club.
To comply with the laws and Municipal By-Laws.
To display merchandise and booth, in a professional and attractive manner and to keep their space in a good state of repair. (clean
and attractive).
To ensure booth is properly staffed/attended at all times when the Show is open to the Public. Booths may not be left unattended.
Booth sitters will be available for Vendors to take a reasonable break during the day.
No Exhibitor shall do anything, or permit anyone under their control, to do anything that may cause a nuisance to the Club, the
Public, or any other Exhibitor.
No Exhibitor shall engage in, or permit anyone under their control, to engage in conduct that could be harm the goodwill and
reputation of the Bancroft Curling Club.
No Exhibitor shall present live animals without the written approval of the Bancroft Curling Club.
No Exhibitor shall use tape or adhesives to adhere any part of their booth or display to the rink surface of building walls.
No machinery or motor vehicles, that may leak oil or any corrosive substances, are allowed on the rink surface.
Exhibitors are allowed to conduct draws or raffles and provide demonstrations at their booth.
Exhibitors will adhere to the specified set up and tear down times. NO TEAR DOWNS ARE PERMITTED DURING THE OPERATING
HOURS OF THE SHOW. THIS IS AN INSURANCE LIABILITY ISSUE AND MUST BE ADHERED TO BY ALL VENDORS.
If Products brought into the booth area are different from what the Club has been advised, the Vendor may be asked to remove the
items from the Show. Please notify the Bancroft Curling Club of any changes before they are made.
***Please note, Tables and Chairs are NOT provided by the Bancroft Curling Club. This is a Vendor responsibility.
Terms:
The Exhibitor agrees to comply with the Exhibitor Responsibilities in this Agreement, which may be altered at any time.
The Exhibitor agrees to accept liability for any and all expenses for damage arising from any act of neglect by the Exhibitor or any
person under their control.
The Exhibitor shall not re-assign this Agreement without the written permission of the Bancroft Curling Club.
The Bancroft Curling Club may terminate this Agreement if the Exhibitor breaches any other terms of this Agreement.
The Bancroft Curling Club agrees to provide curtain divided indoor booths. They further agree to provide security on site during the
hours closed to the public on the understanding that neither the Club, nor any member of the Club shall be liable for any loss or
damage to Exhibitor or their property, however caused.
