The Bay Area Reggae Festival does not allow any vendor the exclusive right to sell any product without written
permission from the festival. There will not be any merchandise with the likeness of the festival logos, any of its artists in
the event, printed letters, words describing any of the artist and their music; or his/her name imprinted in any way on
items: such as caps, posters, T-shirts, sweatshirts, jackets, emblems, cups, glasses, etc. without written permission from
the festival and specific artist in question.
The festival is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged materials and/or property, or for any loss caused by fire,
flood, theft, rain, cold, fog or any other elements out of its control. The festival reserves the right to make any and all
changes to your booth and location.
Vendor shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the festival, its officers, employees, agents and related parties
from and against any and all claims, damages, demands, liability, costs, losses and expenses, including without limitation
court costs and reasonable attorney’s fees arising out of or in connection with the performance of this Agreement
hereunder or its failure to comply with any of its obligations contained in the contract documents, except such loss or
damage which was caused by the sole negligence or willful misconduct of the festival.
I further understand that this is a binding contract between the parties upon the signature below and approval of the
Bay Area Reggae Festival.
