I. Agenda Topics
1. Secretary’s Report - Melissa Boose
2. Treasurer’s Report - None. Mrs. Hazen's grant of $55.29 for art supplies was approved.
Mrs. Jones: kinder bible ask to buy 21 bibles. $10 each (with shipping). Approved
3. Bake Sale Update - None
4. Update on Bible Study Retreat (replacing ATF) - Final cost $60 - going to Mission Springs
camp in Scotts Valley. All parents of original recipients notified. Danica, Jenn and Mr. Lanham
have balance to pay for speakers and whatever supplies needed for event.
5. PTF Supporting School Logoed Clothing

6. Pancakes & PJ - Kristi Trefethen: 4/24. Felton Bible Church gifting the area for $150, includes
tables and chairs. Jeff not making pancakes - team being put together to be taught by Jeff.

Training is Friday (3/27) at 12:00 at Felton Bible. Need 4-5 people there other than the core team.
Especially people with cooking experience for large groups. Team working on teacher sign ups
parties and gifts. Talk to your teacher to see if they need help coming up with something.
Example: Kinder teachers doing party at 1:00pm for kinder = bicycle obstacle course. Start
talking to people about donating things for raffle - anything unopened/new or kind of cool to be
put in baskets. Condo for donations, etc anything that can be put together into a fun gift. Total
spent has been $500 for food, etc. Mr. Kressman a breakfast cook will ask if can get trained on
that Friday. Working on activities for kids and volunteer to watch kids. Portia suggestion to do
rotation so people can be sure to enjoy in addition to watching. Community service by using HS
kids for games, etc. Jr. High trying to get engaged instead of auction style for them just sign ups:
pie in the face at school for a teacher, starbucks, lunch, etc delivered to you at school. Any ideas
email Kristi as the chair.
7. Teacher Appreciation Luncheon - Liz, Andrea, Portia and Christine. Got approval to use facility
on 5/5. Contacted Maya's to get meat, etc so parents can donate easier items. Taqueria Vallarta
will also cater - inexpensive and delish also Los Gallos. Talk about decorations, etc. Portia will
send out evite closer to the date. Portia got great ideas from a website for a Mexican buffet to have
a little more exciting & fancy.
8. PTF Board Elections - ballot box in office next week. Last meeting in May for elections, maybe
move it sooner or having a voting drop box.
