support, constructive criticism and
unwavering patience. To my staff and the
entire crew of Accolade House, I will like to
extend my appreciation to you for working
together and putting your heads together to
ensure this term ended well. I am positive
that next term can only be better. Making it
through this term has proven to us that we
are capable of greater things, so we enjoin
Parents to keep working with us and giving
us constructive criticisms that will help us get
better.
This term had a lot of exciting activities like
the Orphanage visit, Mothers’ day, and the
best of all, the Easter egg hunt. The children
and staff had a lot of fun during the hunt. I
am particularly impressed with the results of
the primary children. Although some of them
need to work harder, many of them did
excellently well. Please, let them continue to
study during the holidays.
It was decided at the last parents and
teachers’ forum that PTF levy should be paid
starting from this second term but that the
one for second term should be included in 3rd
term’s bill. The school management decided
to make it easier for parent by converting the
inter house sport levy for second term to PTF.
I hope that goes down well with everybody.
Parents who paid PTF levy after the meeting
will not be billed again for 3rd term.
Once again I will love to say a big ‘thank you’
to everyone who has helped make this term a
We thank God for a successful term. I want
to thank our ever supportive mothers who
came all out to interact and pray with the
children on Mothers’ day.
The term was quite eventful. We are proud
of our prefects who all rose to the
challenges of their positions and are
handling their responsibilities well. We
appreciate our children who continue to
make us proud both in and outside the
school by winning medals and prizes.
The grade 5 children took various entrance
exams into different secondary schools and
have excelled in all. We are looking forward
them resuming in the secondary school of
their choices and we have no doubt they will
be fantastic.
There was an Easter Egg Hunt today and the
children had an exciting time searching for
the hidden eggs. Those who found the eggs
had some sweets and chocolates to enjoy.
I want to also thank the CH and TC parents
who took out time to buy fruits and send to
help boost the children’s understanding of
their theme ‘Fruits’.
In all, I am so grateful to all the parents of
Accolade House Montessori School. Thank
you for your encouragement and support.
God bless you all and have a wonderful
Easter break.
Mrs. Adebayo.
