OFFICE/GAMEROOM
RegularOfficehourswillbepostedforthesummerseason.Seasonalcampersaretocheckinwiththeofficestaffatthe
beginningoftheseason.Firewood,Ice,icecream,candy,sodasandotherconvenientstoreitemsareavailableforpurchase.
Thefreezerintheofficeisavailabletoholdfishandcrabwaste.PleaseseeManagerforanyquestionsorassistance.
GUESTS
Campersarewelcometoreceiveguestsintheirrigsand/orontheirsite.Nomorethan4peopleareallowedatonetimein
eachRV.Eachsiteisallowedthe2mainoccupantsassignedontheirleaseagreement,anyotherpeoplethatfrequenttheRV
outsidethe2assignedpeople,mustsignintheofficeandpaythecurrentguestfeerate.AllguestsMUSTcheckinattheoffice,
withtheirresidentcamper.Iftheofficeisclosed,theguestmustsigntheVisitorRegistrationLoganduseoneofthe
envelopestosubmittheirpaymentinthedropboxoutsidetheofficedoor.Pleasemakesureallmembersofyourpartycheck
inandwehave,onourledger,allpertinentinformation(name,address,telephonenumber,Platenumber,etc.).
GRANDCHILDRENandCHILDRENarenotFREE,unlesstheyarepartofthe2occupantsassignedonyourleaseagreement.
Yourguestsareyourresponsibility.YouwillbeheldaccountablethatallyourguestsabidebyallofBayshoreCampground,
LLCrulesandregulations.Theseruleswillbeenforced.Ifsomeonecannotcomplywiththem,theywillreceiveawarning
and/orbeaskedtoleavetheparkwithnorefund.Ifyoudonotsigninyourguest,youwillbefined.
CANCELATIONPOLICY
Alldepositsarenon‐refundableandnon‐transferableforSeasonalandTransientcampers.AlldepositspaidtoBayshore
Campgroundforseasonalsitesarenon‐refundable,noexceptions.OncetheContracthasbeensignedandreturned,the
remainderbalancemustbepaidbytheduedate.ForTransientCampers(shortterm)anychangesand/orcancelationsto
yourreservationnotificationmustbemade7dayspriortoyourreservationarrivaldateandthedepositwillbeissued,lessa
processingfee.Notificationlessthen7dayspriortothereservationarrivaldatewillresultinaforfeitoftheentiredeposit.
PARKING
Onlytwocarspersiteallowed.Donotblockroadorparkinanyone’sdrivewaywithoutpermission.Ifyouhavemorethan2
vehicles,chargeswillapply.Donotparkanyvehiclesand/orboatsinanyofthetransientsites,unlessauthorizedby
managementintheoffice.Vehiclesparkedinnon‐authorizedlocationsaresubjecttobeingtowedandorfined.
FIRE
Noopenfirespermitted,outsideoffirerings.Donotmovefirerings.Nofiresarepermitted,duringdroughts.Firesarenotto
beleftunattended,forANYreason.Firesonthebeacharenotpermitted.
FIREWOOD
FirewoodmustbepurchasedatBayshoreCampground,LLC.Nooutsidesourcesforwoodispermittedontheproperty.No
constructionmaterialmaybeburnedatthecampground(ie:2x4,4x4,plywood,etc).
ThiswillkeepTipmoth,Gypsymoth,borersandotherunwantedpestsfrominfestingthecampgroundandthecounty.Thisis
regulatedbythedepartmentofnaturalresourcesandBayshoreCampground,LLC.
NOISECURFEW
Beconsiderateofyourneighbor.Thereisanoisecurfewof10:00p.m–8:00a.m.Pleasebeconsiderateandadheretothis
regulation.Loudtalking,loudmusic,generators,loudTV,barkingdogs,etcisnotauthorizedduringquitehours.
GOLFCARTS
Golfcartscanbeusedontheproperty.Theremustbealicenseddriveroperatingthevehicle.Only2personsallowedinagolf
cartatatime.Pleaseadheretothespeedlimitatalltimes.Allotheroffroadvehicles(ex.,dirtbikes,ATV’s,go‐carts)are
prohibited.Golfcartsarenotpermittedafterdark,withoutheadlights(flashlightsarenotconsideredheadlights).
STORAGESHEDSANDDECKS
Allstorageshedsanddecksarenottobelargerthan100sq.feet.Storageshedsmustberemovable.Buildonadditionsarenot
allowed.
PLAYGROUND
Theplaygroundisdesignedforusebychildrenages3‐8andisschoolgradeapproved.Usebyolderchildrenisprohibited.
Anydamagestoequipmentwillbechargedtotheparty/partiesresponsible.THEREMUSTBEADULTSUPERVISIONOFTHE

Avolleyballcourtisavailableforyourrecreation.Itisofregulationsizewitha12”sandpit.Pleaseusethisfacility

GARBAGEandRECYCLING
Yourpersonalhouseholdgarbagemustbecontained;sitesaretobecleanandpresentable.Mondayisthescheduleddayfor
trashpickupbyWasteManagement.Recyclingbinshavebeensetupforyourconvenience.Weencouragethesebinsare
usedtotheirbestcapacity,keepingourcampgroundearthfriendly.Recyclingcontainersareplacednexttodumpstersnextto
theMainoffice.Donotdisposeofanythingoutsideregularhouseholdtrash.NOlarge,bulkyobjectsthatcannotfitina
trashbagispermittedinourdumpsters(ie:bikes,grills,constructionwaste,tables,chairs,refrigerators,freezers,
etc).Allcrabandfishtrashmustbetakentotheofficetoforproperdisposal.
DUMPSTATION
Therearefourdumpstationslocatedontheproperty.DumpinauthorizedareasONLY.Wasteandgraywaterconnections
mustbesecuredwithdoughnutattached.Leakinghosesmustbedisconnectedandreplacedimmediately.Wasteorgray
waterWILLNOTbedumpedontheground.Turnyourengineoffwhiledumping.Nodumpingofgasoline,oiloranytoxic
hazardousmaterialsontheground.Disposingofoldbatteriesandpropanetanksindumpsterisnotauthorized.Withthe
Anti‐BackFlushValve,pleasereportanyleaksonanyfaucetsorhosestothemainofficeassoonaspossible.Please
remembertocloseandcoverallgraywaterandsewagelinevalvesbeforeleavingthecampgroundattheendofthe
season.
RVCAMPSITES
Asmentionedabove,sitesaretobecleanandpresentable.Maintainingsitesandadheringtostateandcountyregulationsis
theresponsibilityfortheRVownernotthecampground.Grasscutting,weeding,sewagedumping,trashremovalareall
examplesofRVownerresponsibility.Therewillbeacharge/fineifsitesarenotmaintainedandcampgroundmaintenance
needstostepin(ie:grasscutting).
Lotrentisnottransferabletoanothercampers.Ifyouleaveduringtheseason,yourlotrentisnon‐refundable.Nosub‐leasing
oftrailersisallowed.Ifthetenantleavesthecampgroundduringtheseasonandforfeitstherestoftheseason,Bayshore
Campgroundreservestherighttoleasethelottoanewtenanttheremainderoftheseason.
Attheendoftheleaseagreement,itistheresponsibilityofthetenanttoremoveallbelongings,vehiclesandequipment.If
theyfailtodoso,abillforcleanupandremovalofanyleftitemswillbebilledtothetenant.
RVCAMPERS
Campers,mayselltheirRV’sbutmustkeepinmindthatdoesnotincludethesitelocation.IfRV’saresold,theywillneedtobe
moved,immediately,totheirnewlocation,unlessthecurrentcamperhasanoutstandingbillwithBayshoreCampgound,LLC.
NosaleofanycampersispermittedifthereisanoutstandingbillwithBayshorewiththeowneroftheRV.IfRV’ssoldare
datedpriorto10yearsorarenotinthebestofconditiontheymustleavethepremisesoncesold.The“grandfatherclause”
doesnotapply.Thisclausewasputineffecttoprotectcurrentcamperswithtrailersolderthan10yearbutasjuststatedonce
soldthisclausedoesnotapply.
TENTS
Nomorethanonetentpertentsite.Onevehiclepertentsite.Nomorethan4occupantspertentsite.Multiplemopeds,bikes
orgearadriftisnotauthorized.Tentsiteswillbekeptneatandorderlyatalltimes.Beforeputtinganythingotherthan
authorizedgearonsiteyoumusthavetheRVparkstaffapproval.
INSURANCE
TheCamperisresponsibletohaveinsuranceontheirownRVforanydamage.BayshoreCampground,LLCisnotheldliable
foranyweatherrelatedoccurrencesand/orharmtothecampersRV.
ELECTRICMETERS/WATERPIPES
Thesehookupsareavailableateachsite.Anydamageincurredwillbechargedtotheresponsibleparty/parties.
COMMONAREA
Thereareseveralcommonareaslocatedaroundthecampground.Someofwhichare,therecreationalarea,theareabehind
themainbathhousewhichisneartheoffice.Thisareaservesasadualpurpose.Itisthemainaccesstothebayaswellasan
areaforcamperslocatedonthebackrowstohaveaviewofthebay.Thetentarea’sarenotpublicroadsorpublicareas.
Whenthetentsarebeingoccupied,pleaserespectthosethatarecampingandstayoffthetentsites,thisincludestheaccess
roadstotheirsitesaroundthepondandonthebayfront.Ifthereisnooneoccupyingthetentarea,youaremorethen
welcometowalkanddriveyourgolfcartsinthetentarea.However,ifthereareoccupants,especiallyonaholidayweekend,
thetentareaandallaccessroadstothetentsitesareofflimits.Mutually,thetentersandtransientsarenotpermittedonRV
sitesthatarebeingoccupiedbyaseasonal,thisincludesprivatestepsgoingdowntothebeach.However,allofthebeachis
consideredacommonarea.
BOATS
Allboatsmustberegisteredintheoffice.Eachseasonalsiteisallowedoneboatonthecampgroundatatime.Eachadditional
boatwillbecharged$55permonth.Atotalcostof$330forthesummerseasonand$100forthewinterseason.Ifyoudonot
wanttoparkyourboatonyoursite,thereisparkingforboatsintheboatstoragearea.Eachboathasadesignatedspotthatis
markedwiththeirownpersonalsign.Toreserveaboatspotintheboatstorage,pleasetalktomanagmentItisthe
responsibilityofthecampertocutthegrassundertheirindividualboat.IfBayshoreCampground,LLChastocutthegrass
underyourboat,chargeswillbeappliedtoyournextutilitybill.
WASHSTATION
WashingStationislocatedintheboatstoragearea.Thewashstationisforwashingboatsonly,notRV’s.Pleasebe
considerateofotherswhenusingthisarea.Boatsshouldnotbewashedonyourindividualsite.RV’scanbewashedonyour
individualsite,butONLYbeforeoraftertheseason,unlessgivenpermissionfromBayshoreCampground.
ANTI‐BACKFLUSHVALVE
Donotremoveanti‐backflushvalveatanytimeduringtheseason.Toavoida$50chargepleaseremembertoreturntheanti‐
backflushvalvetotheoffice.Youwillbegivenareceiptforyourrecordsupondoingso.
PONDS
NOswimming,divingorplayinginthepond.FishinginthepondiscatchandreleaseONLY!
BATHHOUSE/BATHROOMS
Pleasebecourteousofothers.Ifyoumakeamesspleasecleanupafteryourself.Noanimalsarepermittedinthebathhouse
atanytime.Nosmoking.Allsandshouldbewashedoffwiththehoselocatedoutsidethebathhouse.Thisareaisnottobe
usedforcleaningfish,washingpets,dishesorforanypurposeotherthanpersonalhygiene.Pleasedonotparkinfrontofthe
bathhouseforanyreason.
DRIVING
Thespeedlimitis5milesperhour.Pleasewatchyourspeed‐driveslowly.Abidebythemarkedspeedlimitsatalltimes.The
speedlimitisstrictlyenforcedatalltimes.
UTILITIES
Thecostofelectricperkilowattissubjecttochangeatanytime.Eachmonththerewillbeautilitybillissued.Thiswillcover
thecostofelectric,andanyotherchargesassociatedwithyoursite(ie:grasscutting).
DRUGSANDALCOHOL
Allpersonsundertheageof21arenotpermittedtodrinkalcoholatanytime.Drugsareillegalandarenotpermittedonthe
premisesatanytime.
ANIMALS
Ifyoubringyourpet/animal,youmustcleanupafterhim/her.Nomatterwherethebusinessisbeingdoneitmustbe
disposedofproperly.Whenyoutakeyouranimalforawalk,don’tforgetthepooper‐scooperorplasticbag.DONOTthrow
anyanimalwasteinthebayorthebathhouse.Allanimalsmustbekeptonaleashatalltimes.Thisincludesthebeachandon
yourindividualsitelocations.Donotallowthemtojumponorannoyothercampers.Pleasebeconsiderateofothers.Acopy
ofupdatedvaccinationshotsmustbegiventothemainofficeandbeonyourpersonatalltimeswhentheanimalisatthe
campground.Alldogsmustbekeptundercontrol.Animalsarenotpermittedinthebathhouseortheofficeforanyreason.
WedonotpermitanyPitbulldogsonthepremises,thisincludescrossbreads.BayshoreCampgroundreservestherightto
bandanyanimalsthatareanuisanceand/orendangeringanyindividuals.Perpetualbarkingdogswillbeaskedtoleave.No
morethen3animalsallowedonEachSeasonaland/ortransientcampsiteatatime.
GROUNDS
Pleaserespectthepropertyofothersandtheprivacyoftheirindividualsites.Donotuseprivatesteps,decks,grills,etc,unless
authorizedpermissionfromtheindividualcamper.Campersareresponsibletokeeptheirareasneatandclean,cutgrassand
topreservethefoliageontheirindividualsites.Pleasedonotwalkthroughanotherperson’ssitewithoutpermission(this
includesthetentarea).
FENCES
NOfences,unlessapprovedbyBayshoreCampground.ThisincludesmarkingANYpropertylinesbetweenRV’s.
MAIL
DonotusetheCampgroundofficeoryoursiteasamailingaddressforUSPS,UPS,FEDEX,DirectTV,DISH,etc.Yourmailwill
besentbacktothesenderifmailedtoBayshoreCampground,LLC.NocamperisallowedtouseBayshoreCampground,LLC
asapermanentresidence.Wedonotofferyearroundleaseagreements,weareaseasonalcampgroundonly.
MISC.RULESandREGULATIONS
*Nofireworksand/orfirearmsallowedonthepremiseatanytime.
*Swimmingisauthorizedinthebayatyourownrisk.Nolifeguardonduty.Noswimminginthepondatanytime.
*Storingofhazardousmaterialattent,RVorstoragesitesisnotauthorized.
*IndividualCampersandRV’smustbeparkedinthedirectionthattheyareaskedtopark.
*Donotpuregreasedowndrainsortoiletsorflushanythingthatisn’twater‐soluble.
*PleasenotethatneitherBayShoreCampgroundsLLCnoritsrepresentativesareresponsibleforpropertylost,stolenor
damaged.
*Checkinis12:00noonandCheckoutis11:00am.
*Allcampersmustenterandexitthepropertyviathedriveway.Wedonotpermitcamperstoenterorexitthecampground
throughneighboringproperties.
*Allguestsmustsignintotheofficeimmediatelyafterenteringthecampgroundproperty.Theymustsignintotheoffice
beforevisitingtheirrespectedcamper.Ifviolatedtheguestandtheseasonalcamperwillbecharged.
*Allbusiness,suggestionsandcomplaintscanbedoneintheofficeduringregularbusinesshours.Unlessitisanemergency,
pleasedonotdisturbthoseresidingatthecampgroundwithbusinessmattersoutsideofbusinesshoursorontheirpersonal
lot.
Theenforcementoftherulesstatedthroughoutthispackageisduetoinsuranceregulations.

The undersigned, for ourselves and as parents or guardians of our minor children, acknowledge to BayShore
Campgrounds,LLC,BayShoreLandHoldings,LLCandtheirsuccessorsandassignees,thisdayof .2015,thatweunderstandthatasacampground,thepremisesmay
contain natural hazards, such as: tidal and non‐tidal waters, wild animals, poisonous vegetation, among other
things:suchasothercampersandpersonswhomaybeunknowntous.
Wehavesatisfiedourselvesthatwewillengageinactivitiesatthecampgroundinasafeandresponsiblemanner.
We have secured the proper current licenses and safety training in instances where required, and we have
equipmentandsafetygearwhichwedeemadequateforourproperprotection.
InconsiderationoftheopportunitytoavailourselvesoftheBayShorefacilities,andinpartoftheconsiderationfor
theuseofthepremises,weagreetowaiveandreleaseBayShoreCampgrounds,LLCandBayShoreLandHoldings,
LLCtheirsuccessorsandassigneesfromanyandallclaimsoractionsarisingoutoftheactivitiesdescribedabove
and hold them harmless for any loss, damage or injury done by us or to us and to indemnify them for any loss
sustainedbytheminconnectionwithouruseoftheirpropertyoractionselsewhere.Weagreetoallthe“2015”
rulesandregulationsofBayshoreCampgroundLLC.
