he Paris Air Show will open its doors from 15 to 21
June 2015 in the Parc des Expositions at Le Bourget.
We are pleased to welcome you as one of our exhibitors,

The Official Catalogue is read by everyone involved in the
Show, be they exhibitors, partners, journalists or visitors, and
is the reference document providing an overview of aerospace
industry players.
It is the must-have resource for those wishing to plan their
involvement in or visit to the show, features all the Show’s
exhibitors and is read by all trade visitors.
Each exhibitor will receive one free Official Catalogue
which can be collected from the Show’s Management Team
(Building O) from 11 June 2015.
Extra copies will also be available for purchase on site for €60
incl. tax (€50 excl. tax).

Inclusion in lists and maps
As well as the company profile, the Official Catalogue
contains several lists of exhibitors which offer significant
visibility. Exhibitors are listed in alphabetical order by name,

but you can also pay for optional extras so that your company
stands out from the crowd (e.g. by making your company name
and/or brand red and bold or by adding your logo).

profile
You can also boost your company’s profile by adding your logo
to the various Show maps found in the Official Catalogue.
As an exhibitor you are entitled to free inclusion in the
Official Catalogue, meaning your company features in the
Show’s essential document.

Electronic
press box
The exhibitor press box is a cloud storage space on the
Show’s website where you can upload any documents and
information that you wish to share (press packs and
releases, photos and videos, etc.).
Journalists and analysts from the world over will be able to
access the space 24/7 to find out about your company’s latest
developments.
You can store as many files as you wish and in a range
of formats (PDF, image, video etc.).
The service includes:
the creation of the exhibitor press box,
your logo, a company description and a link to your website,
a ‘Press Contact’ section for the media,
links to your social networks (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook,
Youtube etc.),
your press files area archived on the Show’s website for a year.
This means your exhibitor press box will be available before,
during and after the Show.
Computer stations will be available to journalists during the
Show at the Press Centre. There will also be self-service lockers
at your disposal if required.

Interactive virtual tour
of your stand
The interactive virtual tour of your stand is the new and
innovative tool for this year’s Show helping you to boost
your online presence
It will be published on the exhibitors list on the website until
31 December 2016.
The service includes:
360° panoramic photos of your stand using shots taken by an
expert photographer from 14 June,
online publication of the virtual tour on the Show’s website
within 24 hours (online exhibitor list),
a link to your website integrated directly into the virtual tour,
the option of publishing the virtual tour on your own website,
the option of sharing the tour via social media and email
with access via computers, tablets and smartphones.

Aerospace Meetings
With over 2,000 exhibitors and 139,000 trade visitors,
the International Paris Air Show remains the favoured event
for the industry’s professionals to convene, demonstrate their
expertise, display their latest innovations and play a key part
in decision-making within the industry.
In 2015, in partnership with BCI Aerospace, SIAE will offer
AEROSPACE MEETINGS. This service streamlines the
networking process by offering innovative B2B Meetings
as well as a brand-new Speed Networking event with
aerospace’s biggest purchasers.
In addition, dedicated conferences will give you the opportunity to discuss and learn about the purchasing policies of the
industry’s major groups.
Participants register using an interactive platform. After
completing their company’s profile, they can identify who they
want to meet at the show and request a meeting. Once their
requests and invitations have been confirmed, each participant
will receive a personalised schedule.
At the 2013 Show, 610 participants took advantage of the
unique opportunity afforded to them by our programme, with
some 7,094 meetings held.

Meeting room hire
BADGE READER HIRE
There are fully-equipped meeting rooms available for hire in the
Conference Centre and Aerospace Museum for a half-day, full
day or just a few hours. These rooms vary in size, ranging from
20-50 seats to an amphitheatre with a capacity of 380.
The Show offers a badge reading service to help you expand
your client database and find out more about your visitors. This
can be used directly from you own smartphone or via those
available to hire.
Prices: €1,036 - €14,511 excl. tax
You can use a smartphone to scan trade visitors’ badges and
easily collect their information in real time. This means that you
can store their contact details and gauge your stand’s popularity
and that of your advertisements or events.
This year the Conference Centre has disabled access and a lift
is available at the main entrance.
Cocktail lounges with a capacity of 100-200 are also available.
You can choose between:
hiring a mobile barcode reader: € 110 excl. tax
using your own smartphone (Android or iOS) and just
purchasing a licence for the application:

Practical
services
A range of practical services will be at your disposal during
set-up, break-down and the show itself to help you plan and
deliver your event. Services will include catering, a concierge
service and a Business Centre.
In addition, various fast-food outlets such as snack and
sandwich bars will be available across the site during the
Show. Vending machines selling drinks and snacks will be
available when these are closed.
Table bookings can also be taken for the following restaurants:

Water fountains will also be installed at various locations
around the Show.
A concierge service will be available in Building O from 8 to
21 June to help things run smoothly before, during and after
the Show.
Our concierges will be happy to assist you in any way they
can, be it by changing flight tickets or hotel reservations,
booking shuttles/taxis, organising interpretation services or
simply arranging a reception.
They will also be proactive in helping you to organise a wide
array of activities during the Show including business dinners
and events for your clients or staff.
Your personal needs can also be catered for, with the concierges
on hand to help you with everything from arranging gifts for
your children to planning your employees’ families’ stays in
Paris.

Business Center
A Business Center will be open from 12 June 2015 in Building O,
right at the heart of the Show. It will house computers with
internet access as well as printers and photocopiers (up to
30 mins of use, 10 photocopies and 10 pages printed per day).
If you wish, you can also bring your own computer to work
in this dedicated environment.
Hardware store
A hardware store at Build-up Office will be available during
build-up and dismantling to cater for all your hardware needs.
Temporary work
An area located in Gate L4 will be given over to the Adecco
employment agency from the start of May until the end of
June. Its aim is to promote the use of local workers and help
meet the workforce needs of exhibitors during set-up while also
reducing the transport costs for all involved.

Transport
The Paris Air Show is building on its efforts to provide a
better quality of service by improving transport and road
signs to help those wishing to travel to and within the site.
Golf car hire
Golf cars can be hired before, during and after the show to
make travelling around the site easier for you and your guests.
You can choose from a range of packages, each one designed
to suit your different needs.
Golf cars during build-up and dismantling:
Flat-bed and skip golf cars can be hired during build-up and
dismantling to help you get around and make deliveries on
site. You can order them either in advance or on site via our
service provider, ORA. Please note that they will not be permitted
during the Show from 15 to 21 June.
GOLF CAR SERVICE for Chalet exhibitors only:
A limited number of golf cars will be available for each Chalet
exhibitor. They will have dedicated traffic lanes and can be
hired with rain covers. Drivers are also available to hire by the
week.
The golf cars for hire by the week are as follows:

6 seats: €5,150 excl. tax
8 seats: €5,560 excl. tax
