It is the must-have resource for those wishing to plan their involvement in or visit to the show, features all the Show’s exhibitors and is read by all trade visitors. Each exhibitor will receive one free Official Catalogue which can be collected from the Show’s Management Team (Building O) from 11 June 2015. Journalists and analysts from the world over will be able to access the space 24/7 to find out about your company’s latest developments. You can store as many files as you wish and in a range of formats (PDF, image, video etc.). In 2015, in partnership with BCI Aerospace, SIAE will offer AEROSPACE MEETINGS. This service streamlines the networking process by offering innovative B2B Meetings as well as a brand-new Speed Networking event with aerospace’s biggest purchasers. In addition, dedicated conferences will give you the opportunity to discuss and learn about the purchasing policies of the industry’s major groups. Participants register using an interactive platform. After completing their company’s profile, they can identify who they want to meet at the show and request a meeting. Once their requests and invitations have been confirmed, each participant will receive a personalised schedule. At the 2013 Show, 610 participants took advantage of the unique opportunity afforded to them by our programme, with some 7,094 meetings held. These rooms vary in size, ranging from 20-50 seats to an amphitheatre with a capacity of 380. The Show offers a badge reading service to help you expand your client database and find out more about your visitors. This can be used directly from you own smartphone or via those available to hire. Prices: €1,036 - €14,511 excl. tax You can use a smartphone to scan trade visitors’ badges and easily collect their information in real time. This means that you can store their contact details and gauge your stand’s popularity and that of your advertisements or events. This year the Conference Centre has disabled access and a lift is available at the main entrance. Cocktail lounges with a capacity of 100-200 are also available. Services will include catering, a concierge service and a Business Centre. In addition, various fast-food outlets such as snack and sandwich bars will be available across the site during the Show. Vending machines selling drinks and snacks will be available when these are closed. Golf car hire Golf cars can be hired before, during and after the show to make travelling around the site easier for you and your guests. You can choose from a range of packages, each one designed to suit your different needs. Golf cars during build-up and dismantling: Flat-bed and skip golf cars can be hired during build-up and dismantling to help you get around and make deliveries on site. You can order them either in advance or on site via our service provider, ORA. Please note that they will not be permitted during the Show from 15 to 21 June. GOLF CAR SERVICE for Chalet exhibitors only: A limited number of golf cars will be available for each Chalet exhibitor. They will have dedicated traffic lanes and can be hired with rain covers.
