1 Chron. 16: 24 NKJV
Recently we received an interesting call
from a man in Portland, Oregon. It was
around Easter time and he wanted to know
what Seventh-day Adventist’s believed
about celebrating Easter. We asked if it was
okay to have a local pastor get in touch
with him to answer his questions and he
readily accepted the offer. He told us that
he had been watching Better Life for the
past year and that he started watching
right after his son committed suicide. As
he spoke of his boy he started to cry and
so we offered to pray with him. He was
thankful for that and said that he looks
forward to watching more programs on
Better Life. He particularly likes Pastor
Kenneth Cox and said he knows that God
is leading him to the truth.
Friends, do you see how the Holy Spirit is
drawing this man to God? How He is using
Better Life to teach him Bible truth? And
just think, the Portland station didn’t even
exist a few years ago. As Better Life enters
more and more cities, testimonies like this
continue to become more commonplace.
This type of amazing metro-evangelism is
only possible because of your faithful support.
