American Girl dolls and their beautiful

Children’s Museum by Pleasant Rowland and Mattel, your purchases
and “round up” donations make it possible for all children, regardless of their
ability to pay, to enjoy the museum and
to learn through play. I invite you to

course. That’s just one of the many
exciting things kids can do in MCM’s
new Funkyard exhibit, an outdoor play
area built with reclaimed wooden spools
and pallets. It
also features a
fort, chalk wall,
picnic area
with umbrellas,
and a large
stage for live
performances.
Benefit Sale Regulations
• Each shopper may enter the sale just one time.
• For safety reasons, children ages 3 and under will not be admitted. This includes infants.
• Merchandise limits are on a per-person basis, not per ticket. We reserve the right
to limit purchase quantities. These will be posted on the merchandise tables.
• No merchandise is staggered or held back.
• No wheeled devices (strollers, wagons, or wheeled luggage) are allowed in the warehouse. (Mobility devices are allowed for those with disabilities.)
• There are NO returns. Items are refurbished returns and overstock, and sold as is.
• Madison Children’s Museum does not ship, hold, or accept telephone orders.
• Cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and debit cards are accepted.
• Those with physical disabilities must have a current, valid disability parking permit
displayed for parking.
• Please DO NOT contact American Girl regarding this sale.
• Smoking is not allowed in the warehouse or on the grounds.
Round Up Your Purchase
Raffle While You Wait!
We ask shoppers to “round up” their purchase to the nearest dollar to help us
raise funds for our Access for Everyone
program. This program ensures that learning through play is made accessible
to families with cultural, physical, and economic barriers to museum participation. Last year, thanks to generous shoppers, more than $3,000 was raised to benefit this important program. Starting at 7 a.m. and running until 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, we will raffle two
baskets of American Girl items, and two
7 a.m. entry tickets for our 2015 sale.
Raffle tickets are $1 each or $20 for an
arms length. Volunteers will circulate to
sell tickets. Winners may pick up their
prize at the MCM tent; prizes will not
be mailed. Proceeds from the raffle go
to Madison Children’s Museum.
