2012-2013 WISD Student Dress Code Dress and Personal Appearance: The district’s dress and grooming code is established to teach grooming and hygiene, instill discipline, prevent disruptions, avoid safety hazards and teach respect for authority. Students should be dressed and groomed in a manner which is clean and neat, and which will not be a safety hazard to themselves or others.
