Confirmation  No  Yes Click Continue. Services Verify WV Department of Education Certification as the service. Edit, delete, or add a service at this point. Click Continue. STEP 2: Your Details Complete all fields marked with a red asterisk. Click Continue. STEP 3: Your Appointment Schedule your appointment by choosing a location and selecting an available date and time. STEP 4: Your Confirmation The next window will show Your Program and Cost, Your Details, and Your Appointment. Check information for accuracy. Click Submit and Continue. STEP 5: Your Payment Select Your Payment Method. You can click Pay Now and use a credit/debit card or eCheck. OR payment to appointment. Cash is not an acceptable payment.
