HOW TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR M.C. DEAN 2014-2015 BENEFITS ENROLLMENT M.C. Dean 2014-2015 Benefits Enrollment, will be conducted from September 10-24, 2014. Enrollment Advisors will have Benefits Educators available on-site and through and enrollment call center to answer questions about the benefit program and help employees enroll. The non-commisioned Benefits Educators will be conducting one-on-one meetings with each employee by appointment. To schedule an appointment, please follow the steps below: 1. Log on to www.enrollappointments.com/mcdean and click the “Book Appointment” button. 2. Select your Time Zone in the yellow bar at the top of the screen. Check the box “Save to profile”, then click “Update”. (This step ensures your confirmation email will have the correct time zone.) 3. Select your location. If your location is not listed, please select “Enrollment Center” as your location. 4. 5. Choose a date and time that works best for you. Click on “New User”. The system will request some basic information from you such as your phone number and email address. Employees create a user ID and password 6. You will receive a confirmation email with your scheduled appointment date and time. Your confirmation email will include a telephone number that you may call to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
