Student Scholarships
Children of USBP agents, personnel, and USBP Explorer Posts submitted
140 applications this year for student scholarships. Applicants reflect
academic excellence and community service of Border Patrol families.
Scholarship recipients will be announced prior to the BPF Surviving Family
Memorial held in Washington, DC, in May. This year’s scholarships are
provided by the Motorola Solutions Foundation, Elbit Systems of America,
Women in Homeland Security, family sponsors, and support from the
friends and BPF partners. Additional sponsorships are available.

“What I Like About Being A Border Patrol Kid” is the theme for the 2015
BPKids Summer Art Contest. Applications and instructions are available
online on May 31, 2015, and entries must be submitted by July 31, 2015.
Children of U.S. Border Patrol agents and personnel between the ages of
