Speaker Megan Silverstrim. Megan will give a brief overview of the Cumberland County 9-1-1 center operations including the legislation to guide the operation, some of the important protocols used, current technology and future technology trends and roles and responsibilities for dispatchers. Megan will also address funding and some of the hurdles call centers are facing in terms of funding operations and some potential shared operations with Franklin County.
