We are excited to inform you that we are participating in an incredible program
that allows us to earn FREE educational equipment. From September 8, 2014 May 31, 2015 we will be able to turn cash register receipts from Farm Fresh Food
& Pharmacy® into valuable educational equipment that we otherwise would only
dream of getting.
Please shop at Farm Fresh Food & Pharmacy, save your original receipts dated
September 8, 2014 - May 31, 2015 and send them to us. You only need to send
in the bottom of the receipt with the “123-4 Total” (Note: Please submit entire
receipts for qualifying customer service purchases as the “123-4 Total” will not
appear). Ask your friends and neighbors to collect receipts too!
Fill out the entry form below and send it to us with your receipt tapes by January
15th to have a chance to win a $100 Farm Fresh Food & Pharmacy gift card and
an iPod Shuffle®.*
