**If all charges is selected and the cardholder is not the room occupant, a copy of both sides of credit card must be provided at time of
booking. One night deposit will be charged, with the remaining balance to be processed on departure.

Confirmation Details: Some rooms are being held for this event however will be gradually released back to the Resort’s inventory at120, 90
and 60 days with the remaining unsold rooms released at 30 days prior to the start of the event. To request your accommodation please return
this form as soon as possible. Rooms (except suites) have 2 double beds and sleep up to 4 guests maximum in existing bedding. Surchages
apply for upgrades. Cancellations received less than 14 days prior to the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee of one night.
