Dear Vendors:
On behalf of the Breastfeeding: The Gold Standard Conference, I would like to extend an invitation to you
and your company to join us at our 18th annual conference. This year’s event will be held at The Natchez
Grand Hotel and Natchez Convention Center in Natchez, MS from April 15-17.
This event attracts hundreds of medical and breastfeeding professionals throughout the southeast and
beyond. The 2015 Conference promises to be an event not to miss with confirmed speakers:

• Donna W. Logan, MS, RD, IBCLC
This conference is a time of renewal and information gathering, not just from the scheduled speakers, but
from the medical and commercial aspects of the field as a whole. The more products and information that
are available for them to peruse and try, and the more familiar they are with your products, the more likely
they will be to purchase or recommend their benefits.
It is my hope that you will be able to join us in celebrating a new or continued partnership with you and
your company at this important annual event.
Vendors will have two display options this year:
1.
Two-day option. Maximum exposure and benefit
a. Thursday, April 16th and Friday, April 17th
b. Includes one lunch ticket for each day.
c. Cost: $275 + door prize for each day for one table. Each additional table is $50/day.

Fees:
$150 + Door prize/day for any one day (No meal tickets provided)

SET UP and TAKE DOWN
Set up of 2 day exhibits schedule will follow as times are finalized.
THURSDAY OR FRIDAY ONLY: Please contact me to schedule set up.
It is the responsibility of each Exhibitor to have his/her own exhibit setup
prior to the opening of the Exhibit Area and taken down immediately after
its close. Entire removal must be completed by April 17, 2015 at 2:30.
Exhibit space not occupied by the close of the set-up period will be
forfeited by Exhibitor. Breastfeeding: The Gold Standard may resell,
reassign, or use any such forfeited space.
EXHIBIT TABLE
The exhibit table will include one skirted table (6 feet) and two chairs.
Each exhibitor will provide a sign displaying the full name or an accepted
well-known abbreviation of the organization’s name.
Please note: CEUs/Continuing Education credits are not given to
exhibitors. You would have to also register as a conference
attendee.

CANCELLATION
After April 5, 2015 fees will not be refunded for canceled exhibits. If you
would like to request a refund you must contact Meghan MacInnis –

EXHIBITOR CONTENT
The Exhibitor agrees to exhibit only those items or services normally
supplied or manufactured by said exhibitor in the normal course of
business and agrees to comply with the conditions and policies set forth in
the “Guidelines for Exhibitors” and Exhibitor Contract Addendum.
Breastfeeding: The Gold Standard reserves the right to make any changes
it deems necessary and retains the right to control, remove, prohibit,
and/or refuse any exhibitor material(s) and/or item(s) which it considers
inappropriate or unacceptable.
The Exhibitor agrees not to assign, sublet, or apportion any part of the
allotted exhibit space assigned, inside or outside the Exhibit Area.
Undignified methods of attracting attention including, but not limited to,
loudspeakers, annoying or loud noise/music, flashing lights, etc., are
prohibited.
CONTRACTED SERVICES
The Exhibitor agrees to accept the terms and conditions contained in the
agreements between The Natchez Grand Hotel and Natchez Convention Center
and Breastfeeding: The Gold Standard on matters and questions not
covered in this contract. The Exhibitor assumes entire responsibility and
hereby agrees to protect, indemnify, defend, and save Breastfeeding: The
Gold Standard, and The Natchez Grand Hotel and Natchez Convention Center
their officers and employees, against all claims to person or property,
governmental charges or fines, and attorney fees arising out of or caused by
Exhibitor’s installation, removal, maintenance, occupancy, or use of the
exhibition premises or any part thereof.
Breastfeeding: The Gold Standard is not responsible for theft or damage to
exhibit or materials. Exhibitors are responsible for security of their own
exhibits. Exhibitor assumes the entire cost of insurance. Breastfeeding:
The Gold Standard is not liable for any injury or damages resulting from
the use of any product or information sold by or provided by any
advertisers or exhibitors.
