Table tops or lightweight 8' x 10' exhibits and machinery, which does not require more than 60amp service, is welcome. While it has been permissible in the past to set up free standing exhibits, please make every effort not to infringe upon the space of the exhibitors around you. The exhibit fee is $800.00 and includes: pipe and drape, an 8' draped table with two chairs, 2 exhibitors’ badges, 2 lunch & reception tickets for Tuesday, continental breakfast & the Wave Award luncheon on Wednesday, an exhibit sign at your booth and security in the exhibit area. Shipping and loading services are the exhibitor’s expense. Once you have signed up to exhibit you will receive an exhibitor’s kit which will include an application for electricity. Each exhibitor is asked to submit a description of services no more than 100 words by email no later than February 20 in order to be included in the program book. IMPORTANT: By submission of this registration form, the exhibitor indemnifies both AEA and the Golden Nugget from theft of any exhibit materials and/or equipment.
