HOME CALL Then I heard a voice from heaven saying to me, “Write: ‘Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord from now on.’” “Yes,” says the Spirit, “that they may rest from their labors, and their works follow them.” (Revelations 14:13) Mrs. Kunjamma Jacob (75 years) of St. Clairs Shores, Michigan was called to her eternal home on Sunday, April 12th 2015 at 4.30 pm, after a brief battle with cancer. She was undergoing treatment while staying with her son in Atlanta, GA, when the Lord was pleased to take her home. She was the wife of Mr. Chacko Jacob, Kaviyoor, Kerala, INDIA. Mrs. Jacob (Kunjumol, as she is affectionately called) was the youngest of 8th children born to (late) Mr. KJ Varghese and (late) Mrs. Kunjaamma Varghese, Trivandrum, INDIA. She was in fellowship with Kunnukuzhy Brethren Assembly prior to her marriage. The Jacob family immigrated to the United States in the late 1960s and settled eventually in the Detroit suburb of St. Clair Shores. The Lord blessed the Jacob family with a Son, Steve (Biju) and daughter, Neena. They are in fellowship with the saints at Martin Road Bible Chapel. Kunjumol was a fun loving, dynamic & organized person, well loved by her family. Her nieces and nephews looked up to her for advice. She had a personality that was evident even in a crowd. She was very meticulous in her dealings. She was very thoughtful and loved to entertain family and friends. She was a very practical and disciplined person. Surviving her is her loving husband, children, their spouses and seven grandchildren. Four of her siblings preceded her into eternity: Mr. John K. Varghese Dr. Annamma K. Varghese Dr. Thomas K. Varghese Mr. George K. Varghese Three surviving siblings are: Mrs. Saramma Mammen (Pennamma) Mrs. Grace Mathai Dr. Sam K. Varghese Please remember the family in your prayers.
