Briaridge HOA Annual Meeting
The annual meeting of Home Owners Association Members was held on June 1, 2015 at 6:30
pm in the Essgee Clubhouse for the purpose of electing members to the Board of Directors for
the 2015-2016 year and to present to all present a statement of all the actions and corporate
affairs of the current Board of Directors during 2014-2015.
Old Business:




The monthly financial statement and minutes of last month’s meeting were
accepted.
Rosemary Vogt made a presentation summarizing a 4/20/15 consultation with
attorney Joseph Walsh regarding processes and protocols that would be
available to the homowners’ association. These notes will be available on the
website.
President Michon provided a summary of the board’s actions during 2014-2015.
This statement will be on the website.
Ed Theirbacker stated that a bid for multiple home repairs has been awarded to
Sustainable Builders and they will commence work as soon as weather permits.

A Quorum was present and the following members elected to the new Board of Directors:
Kirk Dixon, Marge Kaufman, Bryan Michon, Bob Picco, Barbara Sabini, Ed Thierbacker
