19th ANNUAL BRIDGEFEST
SATURDAY, AUGUST 15, 2015
10 A.M. – 5 P.M.
BridgeFest is a celebration of our community. It is held on the old historic bridge at Bridgeville
and is a fundraiser for the Bridgeville Community Center which is a 501 (c) (3). There will be food,
music, crafts, and, of course, our special extravaganza, The Intergalactic Flying Saucer Trials. We
will also host a costume contest, “My Favorite Alien” and our highly anticipated “Dirt Bag Muster.”
There will also be a “Kidz Zone”. We anticipate a nice crowd, a good time, and encourage everyone
to wear an alien costume.
--------------------------------------------- --------- -------1. All applications must be received no later than August 5, 2015. Spaces will be reserved as
applications are received and we will make every effort to accommodate specific vendor space
requests.
2. Cost for a vendor space is $20 for a 10’ x 10’ space for the day. There are no refunds. Please
include an e-mail address to enable us to confirm your reservation.
3. Bring your own canopies, tables, chairs, ropes and weights/anchors. The BCC has some tables
available for rent for $10 for the day. It gets VERY windy in the afternoon and unsecured
canopies may be damaged. You may use rope or bungees to secure your canopy to the bridge.
4. All vendors must be set-up by 9:45 am and remain set-up until 5 pm. You must have your space
cleared and be off the bridge by 6 pm.
5. There will be free vendor parking in the school parking lot about 2 blocks up the street.
6. There is no electricity available.
7. Dogs are not permitted on festival grounds.
8. There is no overnight camping in the town of Bridgeville. Camping is available at Humboldt
County Park Swimmer’s Delight (first come, first served) or Grizzly Creek State Park (reservations
accepted).
9. You will be responsible for picking up your own trash and disposing of it.
10. The sale of drug-related merchandise is prohibited.
