We accept checks, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. No credit or refunds will be given for cancellations less than 30 days prior to show. Returned checks are subject to a $30.00 service fee. DISPLAY: All tables must be covered on all sides to the floor with either black or solid covering. If using your own table please indicate size on the application. Contact us if you need additional space. Space sharing or subletting is not permitted. Nothing shall be nailed, stapled or otherwise fixed to the walls, floors or any part of the exhibition rooms. All of the display, including chairs, must be placed within the confines of the space. EXHIBITOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Exhibitors should keep a professional appearance, and are responsible for clean up and maintenance of their area. Pets are not allowed. Liability Insurance, if desired by the exhibitor, must be obtained by them at their own cost. If you order electric, you must bring at least a 50’ heavy duty cord. Please come prepared with sweaters, etc. as exhibit halls are hard to heat/cool to everyone’s satisfaction. Florida sales tax must be collected by each exhibitor. SET-UP AND BREAK DOWN: Upon arriving, check in at the registration table. Set-up day of show 7am-8:30am. Spaces not occupied by 8:30 am on the show date may be filled with standby exhibitors with no refund or allowance whatsoever. You must remain set-up during the entire show - NO EXCEPTIONS. Packing up or dismantling your booth prior to show closing is strictly prohibited. Exhibiting companies that dismantle their booth early will not be permitted to participate in any future shows. All materials must be removed from the show premises at show closing. All loading and unloading must be planned around these hours and vehicles are to be removed to the exhibitor parking lots before the show opens. Should acts of God, strikes, work stoppage or any other cause not within the control of Buckler Promotions, Inc., it’s officers & employees are jointly released from any and all claims that may arise in consequence thereof.
