Car Show Competitor Rules & Regulations
1. Your category will need to have 6 registered vehicles to compete for cash
2. To be eligible to compete vehicle must be driven & able to stay running for at least 5
Minutes.
3. All vehicles are required to roll in the day prior to the show. Failure to roll in will constitute
the elimination of your space from the show without refund.
4. ALL VEHICLES MUST HAVE 1/8 or 1⁄4 TANK OF GAS OR LESS (DEPENDING ON THE
VENUE), IF GAS GAUGE IS BROKEN THE VEHICLE MAY NOT ENTER SHOW
GROUNDS (NO EXCEPTIONS). Please check move in sheet to determine
5. Gas Caps Must Be Taped, Battery Must Be Disconnected.
6. Two Wrist Bands Per Registered Vehicle.
7. All cars must have open hoods, doors and other mods or the mods will not be judged.
8. One sticker indicates your car has been classified, two indicates it has been judged.
9. Absolutely no vehicles moved on or off show grounds until end of show.
10. Do not connect battery during Show or you will be disqualified from Competition and
Keys will be taken by PD. (Air Horns, Audio Systems, ETC.)
11. Judging Sheets must be at arms reach or vehicle will be disqualified. Judges are not
allowed to open vehicles
12. Any Questions About Final Result Please Wait Till All Awards Are Presented, Please
Make A Line On The Right Side Of Stage.
13. Due to the nature of move in and move out activities and the ability to ensure safety,
children under the age of 16 years are not allowed on the floor during the move in or
move out of any show where motorized vehicles or equipment are used or displayed in
accordance with Department of Labor standards.
You will allowed back in the building 3 hrs prior to doors opening on show day
Trophies will be presented 30 Mins prior to the end of the show at the main stage
• General:
• REGISTRATION: All entries must be pre-registered. Judging sheet must be placed on the
Windshield Wipers and visible to the judges. Judges reserve the right to disqualify entry if
Judging sheet is not visible or accessible. Judging Sheet must include the full name of
the entrant (nick names are not permitted). Winners Must Present picture id, or Drivers
license. Entries must be ready to be judged 2 hrs after your vehicle has been placed.
• CLASSIFICATION: The judges will enter your vehicle’s classification. If a vehicle is placed
in the wrong class, it is the owner’s responsibility to notify a member of the Elite Judging
Staff. Questions or clarifications should be presented to the DUB Judging Staff by 10 AM
on day of show. All classification will be determined at judges’ discretion based on
modifications.
• OPERABILITY: All entries must be operable and complete to qualify for competition.
• INFORMATION SHEET: While not required, entrants are advised to provide judges with an
information sheet or book listing modifications made on vehicle.
• ACCESS TO VEHICLE: Judges should have access to vehicle for judging purposes.
Judges are not allowed to open vehicles; any modifications should be open or visible for
inspection.
• ACCESSORIES: Accessories are factory made or designed or are aftermarket parts.
• ALL EXHIBITION AND SAFETY RULES APPLY/DISQUALIFICATION: All owners must
adhere to the “Exhibition and Safety Rules” of the Show, which are incorporated by
reference herein. Failure to comply with any Exhibition and Safety Rule, or any Exhibitor
Rule may be grounds for disqualification, at the sole discretion of the judges.
• Car Club Must Have Club Decals on Wind Shield/Plaques, Club Shirts and Apparel to
Qualify for Best Club or Club Participation.
• To Qualify for Best of Show Class Your Vehicle Must Have An Overall Score of 150
points

Paint: 1 - 30 Points
Striping/Murals 1 - 20 Points
Body Work & Exterior Modifications: 1 - 50 Points
Glass 1 - 50 Points
Engine Modification 1 - 30 Points
Suspension 1 - 20 Points
Undercarriage 1 - 30 Points
Wheels & Tires 1 - 30 Points
Interior 1 - 30 Points
Audio / Video 1 - 25 Points
Trunk/Hatch/Bed 1 - 30 points
Display 1 - 25 Points
Craftsmen/Detail 1 - 25 Points

Club Judging Sheet 200 point Scale
1. Vehicle Quality 0-50
Example: Overall Quality and amount of work done to club vehicles on display
2. Vehicle Quantity 0-50
1/2 a point per vehicle
3. Club member representation 0-20
Examples: Members with club attire, amount of members on show floor
4. Club Vehicle representation 0-20
Examples: Stickers, plaques, club logo on murals, installed parts
5. Club Vehicle Displays 0-20
Examples: Custom Car Displays, Truss Set-ups, and Lighting
6. Outsourced Club representation 0-20
Examples: Models, DJ set ups, Stages, hanging ceiling banners
7. Overall Club Representation 0-20
Example: Organization during roll in and show, following car show rules, attitudes towards staff
and other clubs
Clubs must have Minimum 6 Vehicles/Bikes to compete
