Event Night Ticket Sales:
Sales will be during All lunches on:
Wednesday & Friday, April 29- May 1 for $35
Wednesday & Friday, May 6 -May 8 for $40
Wednesdays & Fridays, May 13- May 22 for $45
Wednesday & Friday, May 27 - May 29 for$50

***Discounted $35 Ticket sold on ONLY 2 DAYS***No tickets will be sold after May 29th
or at the door! Students must be present and must have the following to purchase a ticket:
 Correct payment (cash preferred) or check payable to AHS ProGrad 2015
 Medical release form (completed and signed by student and parent even if you are
older than 18 years old)
 Student ID

ProGrad 2015 Event Night
 On Saturday, June 6th, doorw at AHS Commons will open at 10pm. No Admittance will
be allowed after 12 midnight! Cannot leave once you enter without a parent present.
 Students will be locked in the school until 5am, June 7th.
 Attendance is limited to seniors of Austin HS. A graduating senior is anyone who is
allowed to participate in the graduation ceremony. NO GUEST ALLOWED!!! Be prepared
to provide AHS Student ID and Driver’s License (or second picture ID) at the door.
 Students determined to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be admitted.
ProGrad volunteers will call parents to pick up the student.
 Only cameras and cell phones are allowed at the event. NO purses or backpacks.
 No student misconduct will be tolerated. FBISD rules apply.
 Chaperones on duty reserve the right to inspect any personal property brought in by
students. If any student attempts to bring in drugs, alcohol or weapons; parents will be
called to be pick up the student.
 ProGrad volunteers will notify parents of any student who has purchased a ticket but
NOT checked in by 12am midnight. Parents WILL receive a phone call.
 Students who park their cars at the school for the evening should NOT leave valuables in
their cars and should lock their cars. ProGrad is not responsible for any articles left in
vehicles.
Students will receive a duffel bag with their prizes at the end of the event!
