I led a team of coaches to support the Ads & Data group in their Agile transition. We designed
and ran programs for teams and management in this 1,500+ person group to understand
complexity, build trust, and to improve collaboration, engagement, quality and delivery speed.

managers and team leads. My clients have included Advance Auto Parts, MedAssests,

‣ 2005-2012: Partnered with a number of Agile and Scrum training agencies, and worked
