Retread Your Health Hi-Tech: Employee
You’ve chosen to use the “hi-tech” option to improve your blood pressure or body
mass index.
What YOU need to do to RETREAD YOUR HEALTH:
1. Use the pedometer to track your activity and use MyFitnessPal to track your nutrition/calorie
intake. To fulfil the program, you MUST track 20 days out of 45. (8 activity and 12 nutrition)
We recommend 3 days per week of MyFitnessPal tracking and at least 2 days a week of
pedometer activity but you can make it any combination of days of the week.
THEN, to get credit for completing RETREAD YOUR HEALTH:
2. Print out your monthly statement from VirginPulse from when you start until the date you
end.
3. Print out 4 days of your Printable Diary from MyFitnessPal.
(Instructions on how to do 2 & 3 are in this document.)
4. Send the checklist and all documentation requested on or before Friday, May 22nd to:

In case the documents get separated, please write your name at the top of each page.
These documents will serve as proof of your participation in the Retread Your Health program and
will be reviewed to determine if you will have the “Best-Life” discounted rate for health insurance.
To print the Printable Diary from MyFitnessPal:

Log into your MyFitnessPal account on a COMPUTER
(These instructions will not work on the phone app.)
Click on the “FOOD” tab at the top of the screen.
Scroll down to the bottom of the screen.
Click on “View Full Report”
Your health plan is committed to helping you achieve your best health status. Rewards for participating in a
wellness program are available to all employees. If you think you might be unable to meet a standard for a reward
under this wellness program, you might qualify for an opportunity to earn the same reward by different means.

Select the date range you want to show:
The date will default to today’s date.
You will need to show 4 different days.
To PRINT place your cursor anywhere on the screen and “right-click.”
Select PRINT and follow your computer’s prompts to print. Note, you will have to follow these
instructions 4 times to print 4 different days.
NOTE: Please only send 4 days of
your diary, not the entire diary.
To Print the Monthly Statement from
Virgin Pulse:
At the end of your 45 days, log into VirginPulse. Click on Rewards, and select Monthly Statement.
Place your cursor anywhere on the screen and “right click.” Select PRINT and follow your computer’s
prompts to print.
