Elliott State Park and Parker Dam State ParK Benefits The Clearfield Arts Studio Theatre Starting Point: S.B. Elliott State Park “Highest point on I-80 east of the Mississippi” S.B. Elliott State Park is in Clearfield County off PA 153 just north of exit 111 of I-80, nine miles north of Clearfield, PA. Ride will take place on dirt and gravel roads through the Moshannon State Forest. Ride Options Ride Option #1 (approx 5 miles) #2 (approx 15 miles) #3 (approx 22 miles) #4 (approx 35 miles) 7K Run/Walk - Option Those doing the run/walk will travel the same path as those doing ride option #1 It will be entirely on paved and dirt roads.
