Therefore, it is also with great pleasure to extend an invitation to your Federation to send a swim team to the 4th World Deaf Swimming Championships in San Antonio, Texas. The organizing committee under able leadership of Mr. Doug MATCHETT, has been working hard to make sure the event will be successful in all phases – pool, participant’s experiences, accommodations and transportation; simply a continuation of past success in Rochester, New York where the International Deaf Short Course Swimming Championships were held with flying colors.
