As the parent or guardian of the student, I
release and hold harmless the Crossroads
Worship Arts Academy (CWAA) and
Crossroads Christian Church (CCC) from any
and all liability, claims, demands, and causes
of action whatsoever, arising out of or related
to any loss, damage, or injury, including
death, that may be sustained by the student
and/or the undersigned, while in or upon the
premises or any premises under the control
or supervision of the CWAA and CCC or in
route to or from any of said premises.
PHOTO RELEASE POLICY
CWAA may take photographs of students
and artwork for use in publications (print
& email), exhibitions, our website, and for
funding, development, and public relations
purposes. No compensation is provided to
individuals who appear in the photographs
or for artwork used. Registering your child
makes them eligible for such photo release
unless a letter is sent to CWAA requesting no
photography of your child.
CHILD SAFETY
To ensure safety, pick up your student
promptly after class. CWAA is not
responsible for supervising students outside
of teaching time. Young children should not
leave the premises (outside the CWAA doors)
unless accompanied by an adult.

CAMP PRICES
The tuition for all camps except Mini
Camp is $175. There is an Early Bird
discount of $25 ($150 tuition) if you
enroll by May 15.
Mini Camp tuition is $100. There is
an Early Bird discount of $15 ($85
tuition) if you enroll by May 15.
Camp tuition must be paid at
enrollment by cash, check or debit/
credit card.
Supplies, Snacks, etc.
All supplies for the camps
are included in your tuition.
Campers will need to bring a
snack and lunch daily. Mini Camp
participants will need to bring snack
only. Please refrain from foods that
include nuts due to allergies.
If your camp includes art, please
bring an over-sized t-shirt to protect
your clothes from paint.

At the end of each camp there is a
program for you to see what your
campers learned and created
during the week.
Campers should bring a daily lunch
and snack. Preschoolers won’t
need to bring a lunch.
Your fee for camp includes all

This camp is for our youngest students.
They will experience music, dance and
art. The campers will rotate through the
3 disciplines encouraging them to grow
and appreciate God’s wonderful gifts! On
Wednesday at 11:30 AM the campers will
present all that they have learned and
accomplished.

Spend each day singing, dancing and
creating art! On Friday at 2:30, the
campers will present a program for family
and friends and will have a showing in our
art gallery to celebrate all that they learned
during this fun-filled week! Comfortable

This dance camp will help young dancers
develop skills in ballet, tap, jazz, and hip
hop! In just 5 days, campers will learn
dance performance pieces to be presented
