This year’s “Madrid Arbitration Day” will focus on the crossroads between international trade and international arbitration. We will discuss why it is important to Spanish and European corporations to have an understanding of the WTO dispute resolution system and its interface with international arbitration. The seminar will also include an indepth discussion of how dispute resolution under the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP) and other regional trade arrangements might affect the design of corporate strategies and the conduct of business.
