THE EIGHTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT OF FLORIDA ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 1.29 ORDER APPOINTING JODI CASON AS GENERAL MAGISTRATE WHEREAS, pursuant to Florida Family Law Rule of Procedure 12.490, Florida Rule of Civil Procedure 1.490 and 1.491, Florida Probate Rule 5.697, Florida Rule of Juvenile Procedure 8.257, Florida Rule of Juvenile Procedure 8.625, and any other rule or statutory provision authorizing the appointment of a general magistrate, Jodi Cason has been selected as General Magistrate for the Eighth Judicial Circuit, to hear and to make recommendations on mortgage foreclosures, dependency, and family law matters; it is therefore ADJUDGED that Jodi Cason is hereby appointed General Magistrate for the Eighth Judicial Circuit, effective March 30, 2015, to hear matters referred to her by a Circuit Court Judge or which she is otherwise empowered by rule of court or statute to hear.
